He's a long 6-7 forward, with nice feet and a good build. Coen had the look of a high level combo forward with his ability to manipulate match ups. He had the ability to attack outside-in as well as inside-out. Every event I've ever seen him at, opposing coaches or scouts always say something about his game. It used to just be his shooting. Not anymore. He showed up ready to play and ready to battle physically. Shearer displayed an impressive combination of power and finesse. I really like his upside. He wasn't afraid of contact and showed the ability to power up through a defender. He was one of those players where whatever his stats were, they don't tell the full story. He was just a good old fashioned playmaker that found ways to influence the game. Stanelle passed the eye test that's for sure.
