[player_tooltip player_id='1382984' first='Matt' last='Gardler'] – 5'11” / 2025 / Marple Newtown / [program_tooltip program_id='2078678' first='East' last='Coast Power'] / Combo Guard: This weekend Gardler once again was the primary ball handler as well as No. 1 scoring option for Marple. He handled both roles extraordinarily well as he averaged 21 points to go along with 5 assists per game. In fact, Gardler's point guard skills were so impressive this weekend that he should shed the “3-point specialist” label. His ability to break a press by himself was impressive as were his drive and kick skills. Of course, he shot jumpers at a high percentage from all over the floor. Plus, Gardler exhibited all the intangibles college coaches obsess over.

[player_tooltip player_id='1611959' first='Derrick' last='Morton-Rivera'] – 6'4″ / 2026 / Father Judge / NJ Shoreshots Rio UAA / Combo Guard: After his remarkable spring grassroots circuit, it should be a surprise that Morton-Rivera posted a stellar weekend at Session 2 of Philly HS Live. Simply put, Morton-Rivera is a walking bucket who scored from everywhere on the floor and against every type of defense. Morton-Rivera was unstoppable in transition. He torched the nets from deep and produced points off the dribble. When Morton-Rivera played off the ball, he slashed to the cup for catch and lay-ins. His ability to elevate and then finish with authority in traffic catches some opponents off guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='1576723' first='Mani' last='Sajid'] – 6'4″ / 2026 / Plymouth Whitemarsh / [program_tooltip program_id='2078709' first='Team' last='Final'] EYBL / Shooting Guard: This is back-to-back weekends that Sajid has grabbed the attention of college coaches with standout performances at Philly HS Live. He continues to be one of the most accurate three-point shooters in the region. But at Philly HS Live Session 2, Sajid again proved that his ball handling, transition scoring and dribble drive abilities have taken significant steps forward. Honestly, Sajid has become one of the most lethal shooting guards in the area. Sajid also displayed a well-rounded game by contributing on the boards and playing respectable defense. His speed and athleticism make it appear as if he is gliding up and down the court.
