A “Stock Riser” typically refers to a situation where the value/ranking of a player increases significantly over a short period, causing a player's ranking to rise. It is a term often used in financial markets to describe stocks that experience substantial gains. In this case, we are talking about basketball players! The increase in stock is due to various factors such as exceptional play, an impressive post-season run, increased production, positive reports from scouts/coaches, and an optimistic future.

[player_tooltip player_id='1543337' first='Michael' last='Hollcraft'] |5'11 G| Shanley

Michael is a strong lead guard who uses his strength to get downhill against the opposition, Hollcraft is a capable shooter who can heat up in a hurry, does nice work on the other end of the floor, a good on-ball defender with quick hands and his strength helps deter & turn O-opponents

[player_tooltip player_id='1537902' first='Trenton' last='Sitzer'] |5'11 G| Midway-Minto

He can really shoot the rock, no stranger to hitting big buckets, spreads the floor & keeps D honest, quick/soft shooting release, extended range, hits off dribble & catch, fluid in catch-n-shoot game, I like his feet & balance, moves well w/o ball, MM will be tough & Sitzer will hit a ton of 3's

[player_tooltip player_id='2237767' first='Colby' last='Thielges'] |5'11 G| LLM

Most improved Loboe this offseason, mid-range jumper is looking phenomenal, getting to the hoop & dishing dimes, a true PG, makes everyone better, improved 3-shooting, pesky D, will cause havoc in the press, getting stronger & faster, ran on the 4x1 State-Placing relay team this spring

[player_tooltip player_id='2237766' first='Jayden' last='Jochim'] |5'8 G| Linton

He is putting in the time this offseason & PHD expects his game will stay in that upward trend, Jochim has played well in team activities this summer, is looking confident for a youngster and is shooting/producing more & more, Jayden hopps with a high IQ & is unselfish, good skills

[player_tooltip player_id='1537908' first='Seth' last='Heidenreich'] |5'8 G| Fargo Davies

Slick lefty, has really added to his game in the last year, sharp-shooter from 3 but is getting downhill more often, has added the symmetry to attack w/ both hands, very steady at PG, making great decisions/getting his teammates involved, Eagles are expecting Seth to be a nice player

[player_tooltip player_id='2237858' first='Jack' last='Larson'] |5'9 G| West Fargo Sheyenne

Not the biggest player on the court but he has run with the Mustang varsity this summer, Sheyenne coaches must like his potential, Larson is a quick and speedy backcourt baller, Jack is pesky on defense and shifty with the ball in his hands, Larson sees the floor well & finds the open man

[player_tooltip player_id='2347885' first='Kaleb' last='Benning'] |6'0 F| Wilton-Wing

He is getting in the gym & putting in the time but will not be back 100% until early fall, Miners have high expectations for Mr. Benning & PHD will not be surprised if he is in the starting lineup this winter, Kaleb is tough/physical/strong, knows the game well & works is tail off to get better

[player_tooltip player_id='2237810' first='Owen' last='Jahner'] |6'3 F| Fargo Davies

A frontcourt development player, he has grown quite a bit and OJ keeps making gains/getting better at bball, has work to do but has a chance! Owen has size & strength to defend in the paint and has demonstrated improved footwork on the offensive end, a great teammate & role player
