2027 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2754727' first='Luke' last='Thoreson'] (Roland-Story)

A young guard with a nice combination of size, length, feel, and ball-handling, Thoreson showed some ability to play with and without the ball in his hands against ADM. He sees the floor well and can get his teammates involved, and he has a nice floater game that he uses to finish over bigger defenders in the paint.

2027 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2530664' first='Fiston' last='Carlson'] (Roland-Story)

Carlson is another young guard for Roland-Story that should have Norsemen fans excited about the future of the program. He's a strong, quick guard who likes to play downhill and attack the rim, and he has the strength to finish through contact.

2027 PF Carter Barber (Roland-Story)

Barber showed some impressive court vision when operating out of the high post, finding open teammates on opposite wings for shots, or finding teammates cutting baseline for layups. He sees the floor well and pounds the offensive glass hard, using his big, soft hands to control the boards.

2027 PF Tucker Hawkins (Roland-Story)

Sensing a theme here? With so many graduation losses for Roland-Story, there are a lot of holes to fill, and Hawkins is a promising option for this season and the next few years. A 6-3/6-4 big man, he showed a pretty looking stroke from behind the arc, allowing him to be seen as a stretch option who can operate in the pick-and-roll or pick-and-pop action with some of the talented young guards the Norsemen have.

2027 PF [player_tooltip player_id='2420789' first='Emerson' last='Bridgewater'] (Madrid)

A 6-4 big man with a bit of a throwback, back-to-the-basket game, the South Tama transfer gives the Tigers some size, athleticism, rebounding, and rim protection in the paint. He's a mobile, athletic forward who runs the floor well and crashes the glass hard on both ends of the floor. He even showed a bit of range, stepping out and knocking down a 3 from the top of the key with a clean release.

2028 PF [player_tooltip player_id='2439640' first='Jevyn' last='Severson'] (Madrid)

A physically mature young big man, Severson is going to be a problem for schools in the West Central for the next four years. He's advanced both in terms of physical maturity and skill set, showing the ability to score inside and out at 6-3/6-4. He has a strong frame that can hold even more weight, has a smooth stroke out to the 3-point line, good footwork and soft touch on the block, and is great on the glass on both ends of the floor. He's going to score a ton of points for Madrid throughout his career.

2028 SG Ajay Bakke (Des Moines Christian)

Bakke is an intriguing young prospect for the Lions, an athletic, lanky wing who looks to attack the rim hard off the dribble. He seemed to gain confidence throughout the weekend, playing really well in their game against Xavier on Saturday morning. He crashes the offensive glass hard, has long arms that he uses to get into passing lanes, and good body control around the rim when he's finishing.

2027 PG [player_tooltip player_id='2530654' first='Davis' last='Tokheim'] (Des Moines Christian)

Tokheim is an athletic, quick guard who looks to play downhill, using his quick first step to blow by defenders and get to the bucket. He has good body control around the rim and sees the floor well. As a defender, he's solid when he's defending on the ball, moving his feet well and using his quick hands to pick opposing ball-handlers clean.

2028 PG [player_tooltip player_id='2594659' first='Tyler' last='Wedeking'] (Aplington-Parkersburg)

Wedeking has a lot of physical maturing to do (he is a freshman, after all), but there is no denying that there is some real talent here. He has a really quick release both off the dribble and the catch, and he showed the ability to play with and without the ball in his hands. With his smaller stature, he needs quite a bit of space to get his shot off right now, but he shoots it at a really high level when he does find some space in the defense. He can create some plays off the dribble for his teammates as well.

2027 CG [player_tooltip player_id='2420798' first='Griffin' last='Glynn'] (Kuemper Catholic)

Another really skilled Kuemper player who showed out last weekend was Glynn, a sophomore guard who can play with or without the ball in his hands. He's a tough guard who likes to play downhill and attack the rim, getting to the bucket for finishes routinely, where he showed that he can finish through contact effectively. He can also knock down shots off the catch from deep, or create plays for his teammates off the bounce.

2027 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2420805' first='Dylan' last='Schon'] (Kuemper Catholic)

Schon was awesome throughout the weekend, using his length to impact the game on the defensive end by getting into passing lanes and getting his hands on a ton of passes, then showing that he can turn defense into quick, easy offense. He's extremely active on the glass on both ends of the floor, rebounding at a high level, and he finishes with either hand around the rim. His constant activity makes him a difficult matchup, and his skill set is developing nicely.
