The Howard Pulley Panthers went 4-0 in EYCL play and finished at 10-2 in EYCL. That puts them in third place for their division of the EYCL. Tommy Ahneman has risen to the high major level in terms of interest with Pulley and [player_tooltip player_id='1574227' first='Chace' last='Watley'] had a really good weekend for the Panthers as did [player_tooltip player_id='1585944' first='Max' last='Kraay'].

[program_tooltip program_id='2075310' first='Northstar' last='Titans'] Bertsch. A 4-0 record in the Minnesota Showcase included one double figure win over the Magic and three close game victories for the Titans.

Lace Up has been playing very, very well but they were still put in the Minneapolis Showcase bottom pool so they showed their improvement again blowing three teams out and then winning a close game as their fourth.

[program_tooltip program_id='2075447' first='E1T1' last=''] won all four games earning the championship in the [program_tooltip program_id='2075685' first='Minnesota' last='Select'] Memorial Day event. After losing their first game they went on a four game winning streak that included the weekend championship of the Select event.

Minnesota Rise traveled to Wisconsin for the Midwest Showdown which was a Wisconsin loaded event with local heavyweights competing. Rise was in Pool B and won three of four games which was a strong accomplishment.

[program_tooltip program_id='2075485' first='Gain' last='Elite'] also played Iowa United, a team that has lost to J Sizzle twice but has beaten Howard Pulley, [program_tooltip program_id='2422572' first='D1' last='Minnesota Gold'], Southwest Minnesota Stars, and Real Phenom by 20+ points this year. They lost to Iowa United by just five points which is actually a big indication that [program_tooltip program_id='2075485' first='Gain' last='Elite'] is pretty good. Plus they won three other games, another obvious indication.

[program_tooltip program_id='2076001' first='Wear' last='Out the Net'] Johnson got a win against the other WOTN 17s by two and overall they won three of four games in the Select Memorial Day weekend event.
