Jack Pfeiffer | Prep Hoops Scout
Max continues to put up great numbers in his senior season, as he scored a game-high 22 points in the win over Osseo, with 18 coming in the second half. In the first half, his shots were not falling from the perimeter, but he used his strong 6’5” frame to get downhill and finish through contact. He remained confident and started to heat up, showing off his lightning quick release with four triples halftime. Kraay is averaging just under 20 points per game this year at Westonka.

Max has been a scoring machine for Westonka this season, scoring 24 on Saturday to boost his season average to just over 19 points per game. He has been great at scoring from both inside and from the perimeter this year. He did not have his best shooting day from the outside, but the defense still had to be aware. He was using his strong 6’5” frame to work inside, converting on several tough finishes through contact. Kraay also picked up some big blocks protecting the rim.
