Show Me Showdown: Missouri Post Prospects

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This past weekend the Prep Hoops Show Me Showdown took place in St. Louis.&nbsp; This is annually one of the best PHC stops for Midwest teams.&nbsp; We dive into a look at the posts from Missouri that made an impression on us.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1419872' first='Brock' last='Camp'] (Gateway 2025 17U)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Camp is a high level football prospect, but can also bring it on the hardwood.&nbsp; The strong and physical power forward is so good working from 15 feet and in.&nbsp; Nimble footwork on post ups and putting it on the deck a couple dribbles.&nbsp; Finishes well around the hoop, rebounds on the offensive glass, and can hit an open spot up shot.&nbsp; Solid post defender.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1315419' first='Clayton' last='Parker'] (Gateway 2025 17U)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Parker is a 6'8” five man that is an excellent low post scorer.&nbsp; Elite footwork on the block with touch and all the moves.&nbsp; He loves the spin move, hook shot with his right, and seals very well.&nbsp; Works in the pick/roll and is a sound passer.&nbsp; Good area rebounder.&nbsp; Probably projects best as a low-major five man.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2334910' first='Sekou' last='Cisse'] (Gateway 2027 16U)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Cisse is a 2027 prospect from Principia who is an elite level rebounder.&nbsp; He absolutely dominated the glass on both ends in the game we saw.&nbsp; Rim runner, finishes with fluidity out of the dunker spot, and gets put backs.&nbsp; High level defender in the paint protecting the rim.&nbsp; Offensive skill flashes, but still has a ways to go.&nbsp; Has a chance to be one of the best 2027s in Missouri.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1850525' first='Symon' last='Ghai'] (Gateway 2026 17U)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The 7'3” center is an absolute monster!&nbsp; Completely changes the game on the defensive end with his shot blocking.&nbsp; Great rim protector that makes it look easy scoring as a great rim runner, seals, and can slam it on smaller defenders heads like it is nothing!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1425731' first='Trace' last='Sadler'] (Gateway 2025 17U)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sikeston 2025 7'0” has a long and thin frame.&nbsp; He is oozing with upside!&nbsp; Loved going to his right handed hook shot where he finished very well with his soft touch.&nbsp; Rim ran with consistency for dunks finishing above the rim.&nbsp; Lot of upside here especially once he fills out!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2544891' first='Jack' last='Cubbage'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2077051' first='Team' last='Ramey'] 17U)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Cubbage is a stretch five man that caught our attention.&nbsp; The Eureka big man can shoot it from mid-range with ease and make at least one from beyond the arc a game.&nbsp; High points rebounds in traffic on both ends and had several tip ins offensively.&nbsp; Fluid movement skills out of the big man.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
