[player_tooltip player_id='2323275' first='Adam' last='Flowers'] 2026 IBA Stars Black (Hinsdale South)

Adam was playing at a higher level Saturday morning. He caught my eye when he knocked down a crazy behind-the-back crossover into a step-back three-pointer over a defender. At 6'4, he showed fluid ball-handling ability and toughness rebounding the ball in tight spaces. Serving a different role with the older guys, Flowers played with an element of comfort.

[player_tooltip player_id='2079027' first='Ryan' last='Clemons'] 2025 Clippers Nation Black (Homewood Flossmoor)

Ryan was very active in the second morning game for the Clippers. As a scorer, he challenged the defense by getting in the lane multiple times with strong and athletic moves for buckets. From the wing he shot the ball with a lot of confidence nailing a few threes. On defense, he commanded attention with his rebounding early and later he was able to get several steals as he has cat-like reflexes as an on-ball defender. Clemons showed a well-balanced game for the coaches in attendance.

[player_tooltip player_id='1385294' first='Joey' last='Hernandez'] 2025 [program_tooltip program_id='2075524' first='IBA' last='Illinois Stars'] Black (Hoffman Estates)

Joey played with energy and activity in the game I watched. He's a smaller guard, so he is very good at weaving in the lane and finding guys to drop dimes to. What I like about Joey is that he's a very heady guard who knows when to score and pass. He kept everyone involved and kept up with the pace of the game. A true floor leader. He recently announced that he will be transferring to Hoffman Estates High School from St. Viator.

Tyree Smith 2025 Oakland Elite

Smith shot the ball well from deep. He has a quick release when shooting. He often found the bottom of the net several times in the morning matchup against the Clippers Black. A strong, stocky guard at 5'11", he also hit a few mid-range shots and layups at the basket.

Jatin Flowers 2025 Clippers Nation Red (Griffith, IN)

Flowers is a 6'4 post player with good hands and solid footwork in the post. Maneuvered around smaller guards several times during play easily digging at the ball and scoring at the basket.

Davee Edwards 2025 Clippers Nation Red (Bolingbrook)

Edwards had a strong performance looking good finishing well with touch floaters in the paint. He shot the ball well and dished out some nice passes to set teammates up for buckets.
