Ohio State Tournament – Shane’s Top Saturday Afternoon Performers

He was playing up this weekend as he should be 15U but played 16U and was the best player on the floor in most of his games. He has great size and length for his position and grade. He is a freak athlete who can bang out in the half-court on drives. He has a very pretty shot. He is such a raw scorer right now but is so good at it. He puts numbers on the board in a serious way. He has unbelievable tools - height, length, and athletic ability. He moves so fluidly and is very coordinated. He plays inside and out as he can score on every level of the floor. He has a nice midrange pull-up game. He handles the ball well. He is a nice rim protector. He has a unicorn-type vibe to his game. He is the head of the snake for his very good NW Ohio Basketball 17U squad. He seriously controls the paint. He is a next-level athlete already and is a fully down low. He puts kids on his back and does whatever he wants. He consistently put kids underneath the basket and finished all game. He is a good rebounder and second-chance scorer as well. He shows some flashes of great talent and athleticism. He has effortless athleticism. He floats to the rim and explodes by you with his lightning quickness. He is a high-level finisher. He does it from tough angles and in acrobatic ways. He had a nice midrange game. He gets to whatever spot he wants on the court with ease.
