Kyler’s Summer Watch List: 2027s Part 2

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With the spring portion of the AAU season about to wrap up, we now turn our focus to the summer which is the time we see the high school action get back underway. Multiple high school events will be taking place in the summer months including the IBCA Top 100 workout, the Charlie Hughes Showcase, plus multiple summer leagues. Prep Hoops Indiana will be out in full force all month watching multiple high schools prospects across the board. Let's go ahead and take a look at four 2027s that are on my watch list for the summer. What makes Miamba one of the more high upside power forwards in the state is because not only does he have the legit size and strength, he also has the skill like a guard and that is a real dangerous combo for a guy at his position. He has been one of the standouts for [program_tooltip program_id='2076927' first='Indy' last='Heat'] 15U and once summer hits, he should really standout for Penn. [player_tooltip player_id='2414954' first='Chase' last='Devine'] is one of the best pure scorers you will see out of anyone in this class and has legit versatility on how he scores the ball. At 6'0, he is taller guard that has a smooth scoring touch and that has been displayed this spring with [program_tooltip program_id='2076210' first='5Star' last='Basketball']. The 6'2 shooting guard is based out of Plainfield High School a was one of he top 2027s in the state this past season based on his excellent play. He is becoming a true combo guard that can really facilitate an offense while also being a player that can go get you a bucket almost any way you him to. He is also one of the best on-ball defenders you will see in the in-state 2027 class, as well. While he did not get a whole lot of run with Noblesville this past season due to how loaded the upperclassman were, Knaga is one of the player expected to take a major jump starting this summer. He has a ton of athletic ability and plays very well around the rim.
