Players from Whatcom & Skagit Counties ready to dominate AAU

This AAU season is a big one for Bowman and so far he has been taking advantage of the opportunities coming his way. He suited up with Sammamish Select the other weekend and dominated the weekend. He out-rebounded opponents with ease, showing off tremendous athleticism. He knocks down mid range jumpers smoothly too. He grew a ton as a leader on the court, being able to facilitate the offense at a high level and help grow his teammates games in impactful ways. He hs made his game much more well rounded. He can guard a variety of positions on the defensive side of the ball, having quick feet and a strong core, being able to guard players a bit bigger than him. Dykstra can JUMP out of the gym, seeming like he is floating in the air when rising up for a jumper. He has a high basketball IQ and knows what he needs to improve on after reviewing his film. He finds the weakspots in his game and puts in work to improve it. His ability to catch and shoot has evolved, as he uses his legs more to have a higher release point. He is strong with the ball, being able to protect the ball when defenders play close one on one defense. Last season he had a breakout year for the Golden Eagles and averaged a double double on the court as a junior. He can knock down the deep shot well, being more efficient off the catch. He handles the ball well for his size and is a big time athlete. Brillowsky isn't afraid to rise up on opposing players and dunk on them, as he can get well above the rim.
