This weekend local players are participating in tournaments all over the country. While making your list of tournament stops, here’s a look at some players you’re going to want to check out this weekend.
If you like to score the ball you’ll love playing with the 2027 PG. Imperial is a pass first point guard with good quickness. Watch to see if he is more aggressive, looking to score the ball when running with his West Coast squad this weekend.
Brooks is a talented player with size. Got a glimpse of the freshman big last weekend during the April Bash. With his size, ability to run, and athleticism, he’s an easy player to watch.
Ewell will be running with the Knicks this season. His versatility and defensive ability should fit in nicely with the scrappy organization. Keep an eye out on how many different position he defends this grassroots season.
Everyone will be on the recruiting trail looking for shooters. Go watch Schweitzer. He has textbook form and can get his shot off coming off screens. He’s also had success knocking down shots in big games, as a member of the EIBC championship Red Rock squad.

Gory is a player that continues to gain traction. The scoring guard is a bouncy, wiry athlete with the ability to shoot it. He’s already got offers from several schools, the newly minted top 5 class of 2025 prospect will have eyes on him all season, including this weekend.
