Before the recruiting scene becomes dominated by the transfer portal, I want to highlight some of the notable 2024 prospects that are still available. This series will be broken into multiple articles which will feature various recruits who can make an impact at the next level. The main goal for Prep Hoops Florida is to shed light on all student-athletes working day in and day out to earn a spot on a college roster.
[player_tooltip player_id='1055737' first='Ryan' last='Rodriguez'] | G | 2024 | Port St. Lucie | @ryanrodd_

Not sure how a kid with a solid frame and consistent scoring production can be left available with colleges that need in-stats pieces to build a program. Rodriguez averaged nearly 30.0 PPG last season and I can see why. He has the obvious long frame for a guard at this level but his understanding of how to get to the foul line was next level. He was for sure in my Top 10 scoring threats and I left impressed with his ceiling for the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1296002' first='Jeremiah' last='Police'] | CG | 2024 | Westminster | @PoliceJeremiah

2023 stats: 11.7 ppg – 6.0 rebounds – 2.9 assists

Police is another lengthy prospect left for college coaches to take a look at. He's continuing to make noise in the off-season following a productive senior season. He's set with a 6-6 frame and versatile game that can help many college programs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1055761' first='Jordan' last='Massie'] | PG | 2024 | @JordanMassie12

A solid senior point guard that can control the rock and provide solid defensive effort. Decent 6-2 frame with lots of upside to develop on both sides of the floor at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1055766' first='Sevastian' last='Rosado'] | PG | 2024 | @vashh_1

We keep telling you, no matter the size of the dog, but it's the heart and fight that separates these young men. Rosado is one of the more exciting products in the Polk County area that is simply a bucket with the ball in his hands. Scoring nearly 30 per game last season he can get his in a variety of ways. No matter the size this kid has heart and determination.

[player_tooltip player_id='1293213' first='Jordan' last='Roque'] | PG | 2024 | Wiregrass Ranch @JordanRoque3

College coaches in need of a solid framed point guard prospect with good experience and consistent production at the prep level have to tap in with Roque. He averaged nearly double digits last season for Wiregrass and is a 1K point scorer for his career. Decent shooter from behind the arc or mid range with good effort on the defensive side.
