He shoots it well from the three-point line and won't hesitate to pull the trigger. He just recently broke onto the scene after a great start to the spring with Redline. Winters is a 6'4 wing that can create off the dribble and connect from mid-range. His combination of size and guard skill are already intriguing and now with Redline, his development will be a high priority.
