Continue ReadingGreg Dunson took a major leap from freshman to sophomore year and as a result, he jumps to #4 in the class. Dunson is a true floor general, capable of playmaking at a high level and scoring when he needs to. He shoots it well off the bounce and can make defenses pay for going under ball screens. His strong build and advanced feel for the game are also reasons why he’s ahead of most 2026s. Dunson currently holds offers from Tennessee Tech, Texas State, Kennesaw State, and Texas A&M Commerce.
Running the point for Wheeler is no easy feat but Kota Suttle Kota Suttle 6’1″ | PG Wheeler | 2026 State GA embraced the role as a sophomore and proved very capable. He makes the game simple, not someone that’s gonna overdribble or turn it over often. Suttle is a strong ball-handler that can get to the rack and finish through contact. The football background is visible in Suttle’s game, providing hard-nosed defense and aggressive rebounding from the point guard spot. Suttle has received offers from Georgia, Ole Miss, Cincinnati, Howard, George Mason, and Radford.
CJ Harper CJ Harper 6’2″ | PG Paideia | 2026 State GA comes in at #8 in the latest update after leading Paideia to the state championship as a sophomore. Harper brings a complete and polished scoring package to the table. He’s nearly unstoppable in the 5-15 foot range, adept with mid-range pull-ups and floaters. Meanwhile, Harper has the athleticism and craftiness to finish at or above the rim. He should draw plenty of eyes this spring and summer. Georgia Tech and George Mason have already offered.
Jacob Zhu Jacob Zhu 5’11” | PG Next Level Academy | 2026 State GA may not play for a big name high school or a sponsored circuit team but he’s managed to establish himself as a top 10 prospect in Georgia’s 2026 class. Zhu is extremely creative with the ball, able to break down defenders and create scoring opportunities in the pick and roll. While he’s a bit undersized, Zhu is lethal from the three-point line and beyond. Zhu currently holds offers from Georgia Tech, Auburn, UCF, Mercer, and Alabama A&M.
Kingston Whitty Kingston Whitty 6’1″ | PG Lovett | 2026 State GA transferred to Lovett for his sophomore year and made an immediate impact upon arrival, several games with 25+ points. Whitty is an ultra-skilled point guard that can score from all three levels. He’s shifty with the ball in his hands and knows how to get to his spots. The strength and athleticism have come a long way to where we’re now seeing Whitty get above the rim and occasionally bully his way through traffic. He should be a hot name this spring with Team Huncho.
