slides in at #8 in the new update but has the potential to be even higher on the list when it’s all said and done. Harper is a smooth lefty point guard that leaves his mark on both ends of the floor. He makes a living in the mid-range, really effective getting to the pull-up jumper or the floater. Harper has good size for the position at 6’3 and the athleticism needed to compete above the rim in college. So far, Harper has received offers from Georgia Tech, George Mason, and Radford.

comes in at #8 in the latest update after leading Paideia to the state championship as a sophomore. Harper brings a complete and polished scoring package to the table. He’s nearly unstoppable in the 5-15 foot range, adept with mid-range pull-ups and floaters. Meanwhile, Harper has the athleticism and craftiness to finish at or above the rim. He should draw plenty of eyes this spring and summer. Georgia Tech and George Mason have already offered.

The silky smooth southpaw took over in the fourth quarter as Paideia punched their ticket to their first-ever state title game, topping Savannah 56-39. Harper scored nine of his 17 points in the final frame to pair with his 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals. CJ made a living at the foul line, shooting 7-11 from the charity stripe. He banged home two threes in the fourth quarter and made play after play with the ball in his hands.

comes in at #10 in the latest update and he’s taken the necessary steps to soldify himself as a top guard in this class. Harper brings good size to the back court and plays above the rim, not afraid to dunk on defenders that challenge him at the rim. He keeps a tight handle on the ball and his crossover from left to right can be deadly. Harper also has some sweet touch on the floaters and tear drops. Currently holds offers from Georgia Tech and George Mason.

is a crafty scoring guard out of Paideia that could be looking at a breakout campaign as as a sophomore. The lefty has some nice touch on his floaters around the paint and shoots the -pull up jumper well too. He’s now looking a bit stronger and more athletic, finishing above the rim. Picked up his first offer from Georgia Tech in June.

had an excellent freshman campaign at Paideia, proving to be the leader of a really solid 2026 group over there. He already has the necessary size at 6’2 and plays a mentally mature game compared to others his age. A lefty, Harper can shoot the rock or get the basket and makes good decisions with the ball. I could certainly see him developing into a big time 2026 prospect down the road.
