With the recent update of the class of 2026 rankings, we will take a look at how the rankings are broke down by position.

Here's a look at part one of the top forwards in the class, ranking some of the top power forwards and centers in the sophomore class.

15) [player_tooltip player_id='2252322' first='Grady' last='Hill'] | 6'5” C | Robinson (#68 Overall)

Hill is someone who could grow into one of the top bigs in NOVA due to his inside-out game and versatility at his position. He has good footwork and soft touch around the rim, he can rebound in traffic on both ends of the floor and he can step out where he can make shots and deliver passes to cutters.

14) Medwyn Opoko-Arthur | 6'5” C | Potomac (#54 Overall)

Opoku-Arthur is looking like a late bloomer much like his brother who now is in the G-League, as there's a lot of similarities to their game. He is long and mobile with the ability to run the floor and move his feet, he's a very good shot blocker who challenges shots without fouling and he is able to impact the game in a lot of different ways.

13) [player_tooltip player_id='1782698' first='Kong' last='Tangwa'] | 6'5” C | Potomac (#53 Overall)

Tangwa is another high motor and dirty work type of big man that will be intriguing to continue to watch for Potomac as he continues to improve over the next few years. He has a great frame that should fill out nicely, he's mobile with the ability to run the floor and move his feet defensively and he will bring a high motor on an every game basis.

12) [player_tooltip player_id='2347788' first='Merrick' last='Rillstone'] | 6'5” PF | South Lakes (#46 Overall)

Rillstone is another player that is starting to emerge as a new age forward who can be a mismatch on both ends wit his skill set and IQ. Defensively he moves his feet well and has great anticipation to get steals and blocks, he can drill it from deep when he's open and he is always in position to rebound in the post.

11) Ryan Brzezański | 6'6” PF | Briar Woods (#44 Overall)

Brzezanski has continued to impress since the end of his freshman season, and he's emerging as a player to watch with his versatility. The 6'6” forward has good strength to be able to clear out space and rebound, he can score it over the shoulder and he can step out on the perimeter where he can make shots and deliver passes to cutters and shooters.
