The third session of the CBG I-95 Series took place at U-Turn in Richmond this past weekend, with some of the top teams coming from all over the state to bump it up and compete with each other. With 17U being the biggest division, there are plenty of players who stood out, here's a look at part two of those standouts.

Lara was one of the most impressive breakout performers at the event, as the sophomore guard not only played up in 17U, he got busy showing his ability to score the basketball in a lot of different ways. He showed his ability to isolate and create space and make tough shots from deep and in the midrange, he worked well off the ball and made shots coming off screens, he got downhill and finished over bigger defenders, and he had a smooth demeanor and ability to get hot quickly.

Jayden McLean | 6'4” WF | Draemchasers

McLean was another standout for this DC team, and the Warhol junior showed he's an underrated prospect that coaches should be tracking this summer. At 6'4” he has great positional size and showed his explosive athleticism in transition, he made shots from multiple levels off the catch, he was aggressive getting downhill and finished well in traffic, and he was very good on the defensive end and as a rebounder too.

[player_tooltip player_id='2470573' first='Cam' last='Claiborne'] | 6'0” PG | The Burg

Claiborne has been a part of very successful programs with John Marshall and Petersburg winning three state titles in three years, but it's times like these where he can really show how good he is as a go-to scorer and playmaker. He scored the ball at a high rate and efficiently showing his ability to knock it down from deep off the bounce and off the catch, he got to the lane where he showed off his pull-up and crafty floaters to finish over bigger defenders, he made great reads and set up teammates, and he set the tone defensively too.

Dizru Utah | 6'5” WF | Team [program_tooltip program_id='2416185' first='Loaded' last='804'] Black ('28)

Utah is a super intriguing prospect who is coming off a big year at Deep Run and is already set to transfer and reclassify next year, and with the tools he showed and another year to develop he'll be a prospect to watch in the 2026 class. At 6'5” he has long arms and is a fluid athlete who thrived in transition with his ability to push the rock or run the floor and finish, he made good reads coming off screens to attack and get his shot off, he was active defensively and showed good instincts in help, and he still has a lot of room to develop moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='3417820' first='Kyle' last='Tracy'] | 6'8” C | Team [program_tooltip program_id='2416185' first='Loaded' last='804'] Black

When it comes to junkyard dog type of big men, Tracy is just that as he may still be raw on the offensive end but he was highly impactful and shows a lot of upside moving forward. He absolutely owned the paint on the defensive end challenging and blocking shots at the rim, he rebounded well in and out of his area, he was physical and showed no fear, and once his offensive game catches up he could be a steal for a program at some point.

Chris Rochester | 6'7” PF | District Basketball Club

Rochester is one of the top unsigned seniors you will come across in the DMV, and he showed that with some very impressive outings against some very good teams in Local Legends and [program_tooltip program_id='2416185' first='Loaded' last='804'] Gold. The 6'7” forward is a walking mismatch and he showed his versatility as he posted in the paint and scored it over the shoulder, he made shots in the high post and created spacing, he made some good passes to find shooters and cutters, and he got it done on the offensive glass too.
