Continue ReadingOn Sunday March 17th Prep Hoops is running a Spring Exposure event for 2024 to 2027 prospects of Minnesota. This time the event will feature a little bit of a different format. 2024/25 prospects will be paired together against one another, 2026 by themselves and 2027 prospects by themselves.
There will be the usual 5-on-5 competitions but also 3-on-3 and 1-on-1 to give each and every player an opportunity to have the ball in their hands. Also a great opportunity to showcase a bit more abilities in half-court settings in the 3-on-3 competition.
Isiah Ayala Isiah Ayala 6'6" | SF Minnesota Prep | 2025 MN – Ayala is a six-foot-seven-inch wing formerly of Minneapolis Edison and now with Minnesota Prep. Ayala, reclassed from the 2024 class to 2025 as well. Playing MN Prep Ayala didn’t play in front of much of Minnesota this past season. He’s an athletic lefty who could mold very much into a 3&D wing.
Ganden Gosch Ganden Gosch 6'5" | SF Mankato East | 2025 State MN – Gosch is a six-foot-five-inch 2025 wing from Mankato East. He can make outside shots and brings a good amount of athleticism. Fundamentally sound in the post on offense, and strong enough to defend both forward positions. Good help side defender with good anticipation.
Omar Kaba Omar Kaba 6'8" | C Blake | 2025 State MN – Kaba is a six-foot-seven-inch 2025 forward from Blake. This season Kaba broke the single record for blocks at Blake with more than 47 blocks. Kaba is an ever improving forward gaining skills in many areas. In the open floor he’s handling the ball better, and finishing stronger. He’s a good rebounder, and an adequate passer.
Deng Lueth – Lueth is a 2025 six-foot-eleven-inch center from Rochester John Marshall. Lueth blocked 4.2 shots per game this year showing his seven-foot-four-inch wingspan. Lueth, still a raw prospect, will be interesting to see at the showcase of how much he’s grown already this season.
Nathan Lindesmith Nathan Lindesmith 5'11" | SG Mayer Lutheran | 2025 MN – Lindesmith a 2025 guard from Mayer Lutheran and Minnesota Rise was first team all-conference for 2023-24 while averaging 19.8 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2.6 steals. Lindesmith made 65 3-pointers on 33% shooting. Lindesmith’s 3-point shot looks the same from high school or NBA range and he can make them. A bit of improvement in shot selection could bring his percentage up.
