Was one of the more impressive finds at the event. I’m really excited to see him play in this weekend’s Rankings Run. The lefty has a smooth and shifty game, which allows him to shake free from defenders. He shot the cover off the ball in the workout, knocking down both mid range and three point shots anytime he found himself open.
Barber has a good combination of power and explosion. He has a strong upper frame, which prevented offensive players from drving by. He showed a good first step in the halfcout, showing the ability to blow by his initial defender.

Kuminga is a player to watch. He’s a legit 6’6 plus with ball skills. His 1 v 1 game can potentially be scary as he displayed a good combination of handle and wiggle. He slashed to the bucket several times, showing good finishing ability around the rim.
Taylor was featured as a player to watch for this weekend’s Venom Rankings Run. It was good to see a glimpse of the 8th grader at the tryout. He’s a bully who showed that he’s capable of stretching his game. Taylor showed a smooth stroke, from 15 out. He looks like a potential MVP candidate for this weekend’s event.
I was pleasantly suprised by Madsen’s play. His frame is developing nicely, and he showed good quickness and explosion on his drives. With his combination of size, and offensive skill, the 2026 wing looks like a way to early 2A POY candidate.

Mcghee has one of the best handle of any player in his class. It was fun watching him in a tryout for a team he’s a lock to make. The PG worked on his breakdown and 1 v 1 ability in the tryout, displaying High School ready wiggle and shot making.
