[player_tooltip player_id='1119255' first='Amari' last='Davis'] is a point forward not a power forward - The 6'8 Davis was the primary ballhandler for Hug for most of the game. He showed advanced vision finding players with several nifty dimes that seemed to find their way through traffic. He did damage with his back to the basket but his superpower was his ability to create for teammates he finished with 12 assists in the game.

North Valleys has a talented young core - Sophomores [player_tooltip player_id='2344163' first='Kyrone' last='Washington'], [player_tooltip player_id='2344152' first='Josh' last='Hunter'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2344186' first='Isaiah' last='White'] all contributed for the Panthers. Washington played with great energy and knocked in a key three, Hunter was masterful from midrange and White played tough hard nose D.

Championship teams usually have players like [player_tooltip player_id='2302748' first='Ricky' last='Pacheco'] - He didn't score a ton, but he did an excellent job running the offense. He also was ferioucious on the defensive end and provided IQ and energy for the Hawks.

Hug has their own version of the twin towers - the 6'9 [player_tooltip player_id='2078071' first='Bol' last='Makur'] and 6'11 [player_tooltip player_id='2078072' first='David' last='Koul'] are going to be matchup problems. There ability to protect the rim had many of the Panther players seeing ghosts on drives to the rim and allowed Hug to dominate the glass.
