Today we dug deeper into the Pennsylvania Class of 2026 rankings to reveal a group of players who used November’s fall ball action as well as the first two months of the 2023-24 high school season to make a big impression on us.
Below is a review of five southeastern Pennsylvania prospects from our latest 2026 rankings update who we would offer right now. College coaches need to stop sleeping on these young bucks.
#21… Sammy Jackson Sammy Jackson 6'5" | SF Roman Catholic | 2026 State PA – 6’4” / Roman Catholic / NJ Scholars EYBL / Wing: Roman’s lineup has been hit hard with injuries of late which has thrust Jackson into the spotlight. He has responded by averaging 12.7 ppg. over his last three contests. Roman went 3-0 in those games. He has posted two extraordinary double-doubles in that stretch — 19 points (2 threes) and 10 rebounds vs. LaSalle CHS as well as 13 points (3 threes) and 11 rebounds against Neumann-Goretti. When he is not splashing threes, the super athletic Jackson can score in transition and via cuts to rim for a catch and lay-in.
#29… Nasir Ralls Nasir Ralls 6'0" | CG Archbishop Carroll | 2026 State PA – 6’2” / Archbishop Carroll / NJ Scholars EYBL / Wing: Ralls is a versatile prospect who can play multiple positions on the perimeter and score at every level. He possesses good speed as well as excellent athleticism and agility. That trifecta enables Ralls to thrive in the open court. So far in his sophomore campaign he is averaging 11 points and 4 rebounds per game while shooting 30% from deep. In January he torched the nets for 25 points (5 triples) in a win over Lincoln HS.
#47… Tygee Clark Tygee Clark 5'10" | PG Cardinal O'Hara | 2026 State PA – 5’10” / Cardinal O’Hara / RKH / Combo Guard: Clark is a speedy and elusive ball handler who is a threat on the fast break and in the half-court. In both situations Clark can create for himself and teammates. Clark’s floater game as well as stop-n-pop skills must be respected. His ability to absorb contact in the paint and convert is impressive. Clark’s high basketball IQ and poise enable him to run as a primary ball handler. Clark is currently averaging 8.5 points and 2 assists per game. He scored a season high 13 points (1 three) to go along with 4 dimes vs. PCL powerhouse Roman Catholic.
#64… Oben Mokonchu Oben Mokonchu 6'6" | C Spring Ford | 2026 State PA – 6’4″ / Spring Ford / East Coast Power / Small Forward: Mokonchu is a quick athlete with size, fantastic instincts, and a non-stop motor. Those assets make him a rebounding force at both ends. Offensively, Mokonchu can score in pick-n-roll, slash to the rim for a catch and lay-in and hit mid-range shots. Mokonchu is a hardnosed prospect, so he does not shy away from contact. Last month he netted a season high 14 points vs. Perkiomen Valley. Right now, Mokonchu is a “glue guy” on a stacked SF squad, but his time is coming.
#114… Owen Kelly Owen Kelly 6'3" | SG SCH Academy | 2026 State PA – 6’3″ / SCH Academy / Philly Revolution / Shooting Guard: This lefty has all the skills college coaches are looking for in a prospect. He owns a high IQ, is a deadly accurate shooter, can make plays off the bounce and is a creative passer. Kelly (11.9 ppg.). is sneaky athletic too. 2023-24 has served as Kelly’s breakout season. He recently registered 20 points (3 threes) against Haverford School. Kelly also posted 15 points (4 triples) vs. SFA as well as 14 points (2 threes) and 7 rebounds against Germantown Academy.
