Joe Philon | G | 2026 | Blake | @J0e_Phi1on

Philon was recently named to the 1st team Western Conference American Division as a sophomore for his productive efforts this season. He played a huge role in his team's 77-43 win over Zephyrhills in round one of the state tournament. Philon contributed 20 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 steals in the win. Blake (23-5) will move on to host Wesley Chapel in the region semifinal.

Armani Nealy | G | 2024 | Dwyer | @amari_nealy30

Another award winner on the list, Nealy was named the FACA District 20 6A Boys Basketball Player of the Year for his efforts this season. He recorded 18 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists while Dwyer (22-3) defeated Southridge 72-49 in the first round of the state tournament. The Panthers will have a tough matchup in the next round against St. Thomas Aquinas.

[player_tooltip player_id='1055718' first='Chris' last='Cornish'] | G | 2024 | Charlotte | @jamil_chris

One of the primer slept-on 2024 prospects in the state recorded a smooth 17 points, with 10 rebounds and 4 steals to add as Charlotte defeated Bloomingdale 57-25 in round one of the state tournament. I have been impressed with his overall game and progression and there's no doubt that he can make an impact at the next level. But first, Cornish and the Fight' Tarpons have a region semifinal matchup against Fort Myers next up.

Ace McKinney | F | 2024 | Chipley | @amckinnie_10

Wouldn't be right to not add McKinney to the playoff stud list after his 28-point performance in a blowout win against Bethlehem in the regional round one game. He added 9 rebounds, and 3 blocks to his high scoring output which pushed the score to 69-44 to start off the state tournament. McKinney and Chipley will line up against a talented Jay HS (16-9) in the next round.

[player_tooltip player_id='1542328' first='Kymani' last='Weathers'] | F | 2026 | The Villages Charter | @KymaniWeathers

A huge 79-58 upset over Palatka (23-5) where Weathers and crew came up big in various aspects. Weathers is a dominant prospect near the paint that can finish strong near the rim and be a deterrent on the other end of the floor. This talented Villages Charter squad will have another huge hill to climb in the next round against top-ranked Lake Highland Prep (24-4)

[player_tooltip player_id='2294414' first='Jeremy' last='Jenkins'] | F | 2027 | Riviera Prep | @jeremyjenkins7_

The youngest recruit on this list came up big for Riviera Prep in round one of the state tournament. This kid is a physical prospect with football experience that helped him dominate in certain positions. Huge upside because of his solid 6-7, 205-pound frame with plenty of time to work on his game and technique.
