The 6-6 senior wing and Yale commit went off for 25 points and eight rebounds in their 80-69 win over Riviera Prep. Celiscar used his athleticism whether it was finishing off lobs or being aggressive towards the basket. His versatility on the defensive end also spoke volumes on his game where he guarded multiple positions at times. Celiscar also displayed his unselfishness on the offensive end where he dished out crisp passes to open teammates whether they were on kick-outs or slashing towards the basket.
The 6-9 sophomore wing continues to play with poise and a lot of confidence offensively. Constanza finished with a game-high 26 points and 10 rebounds in the win over the reigning Class 2A runner-up Orlando Christian Prep. He used his athletic frame efficiently around the rim where he displayed his soft touch and impressive footwork. Defensively, Constanza did a great job when it came to challenging shots as well as dictating the pace where he turned defense into offense in a hurry.
The 6-5 junior wing used his physicality to his advantage where he got good looks around the rim in the first half. Allen finished with a team-high 16 points and knocked down a pair of 3-pointers in the loss to Winter Haven. His ability to defend on-the-ball was a focal point in his game where he didn’t give up much penetration. His court vision offensively to get his teammates involved continued to improve as he dished out some key assists whether they came on the swing pass or off the dribble-drives.
The 6-5 sophomore left-handed sharpshooter was on full display for Windermere Prep, finishing with a game-high 28 points as well as knocking down four 3-pointers. Bass also utilized his game when he finished on the attack as well where he can be dangerous to watch. Defensively, he showed a ton of versatility on the defensive end as well where he made an impact guarding multiple positions at times. Keep an eye on Bass as he continues to get better and better every time he steps onto the floor.
The 6-7 senior forward and University of Missouri commit played with a ton of length on both ends of the floor whether it’s finishing on the block offensively or challenging tough shots on the defensive end. Offensively, Allen finished with a ton of confidence getting to the rim while absorbing contact. His handle on the basketball as well as his decision-making continue to improve as well. Defensively, Allen showed flashes where he can guard in the paint as well as out on the perimeter.
The 6-2 junior point guard was in complete control this morning finishing with a game-high 31 points despite the loss to Mariner. Defensively, Livingston played with a ton of speed whether he was guarding on or off the ball. Livingston also showed his strong nose when it came to pressuring the passing lanes as he got steals off tipped passes which lead to transition buckets on the other end. Livingston is going to be an intriguing prospect to watch not just for the rest of the high school season, but as we approach the Grassroots circuit as well.
