2023 stats: 21.7 PPG – 3.5 assists – 3.4 rebounds This kid has put together a productive senior season as he’s helped lead Durant to a 19-4 regular season record. As noted before, College coaches looking for a hand-down, man-down type lights-out shooter, the 6-3 point guard fits the description. He’s has really developed his game and is stamped as a a consistent scorer who has a deadeye shooting stroke while being the leader and floor general initiating the offense. Keep eyes on his overall development as the postseason progresses.
The top team in Class 1A has steamrolled its way to an nearly undefeated start to the season with state championship hardware in mind. No doubt, 6-6 senior Kyler Lamb (17.8 PPG) has been one of the leaders and focal point of the team. He’s developed into a versatile product that can for sure make strides at the next level. This Williston team is at the top in the state and the senior won’t be slept on for too much longer.
Highlights
Seminole is on 12-7 regular season run win streak behind impressive finishes from junior shooting guard Colin Way. Way is simply a ball player. He did everything for Seminole tonight, finishing with 18 points and 6 rebounds with countless effort plays. Way played multiple positions tonight while being the primary offensive scorer. The 6’4 junior has really high upside. Good jumper, physical at the rim and standouts with his hustle.
2023 stats: 22.1 PPG – 2.9 rebounds – 1.8 assistsOne that I’ve slept on during the off-season but is a Real Deal bucket. Got to keep an eye on his performance near the postseason. At 6-4, 175 pounds, Shackelford has shown off his impressive athleticism and ability to finish strong at the rim or provide second chance points with put back lay ups or tip ins. He’ll rack up points in that scheme but is also developing a consistent jump shot moving with or without the rock.
Highlights
A must-know 2024 floor general prospect that can initiate the offense with his scoring bag or facilitate with high IQ. Rodriguez is a 6-3 point guard prospect who’s been an integral component to Williston’s 22-2 regular season record. He recently earned 1000 career points playing with the Red Devils who are on fire near the postseason. Partly do to this kid’s efforts and leadership, someone college coaches need on their radar.
2023 stats: 17.1 PPG – 8.4 rebounds – 2.8 assistsOne of the top producers this season for King HS has been the 6’5 wing product who made the most of his opportunity to provide consistent scoring around the basket, solid rebounding, and hounding defense for the Lions program. Barnett averaged 9.7 points with 5.7 rebounds and 2.2 steals per game last season but has nearly doubled his efforts in each category. This kid has displayed his ability to develop over the past year.
2023 stats: 16.8 PPG – 4.7 rebounds – 3.6 steals – 3.3 assists A leader and floor general for a tough Jesuit basketball program has been senior guard Nate Boakye Nate Boakye 6’1″ | PG Jesuit Tampa | 2024 State FL . The 6’2, 170-pound senior has displayed his consistent scoring efforts, ball control, and hounding defensive tendencies throughout his senior season, helping the Tigers to a 17-6 regular season record. He recently reached 1000 career points with Jesuit giving proof to his scoring capability. He’s overall a solid athlete that college coaches should give a look.

He’s developed into one of the premier prospects in the state and should play Division 1 ball and produce at the next level.
