At 6-4, 175 pounds, Shackelford has shown off his impressive athleticism and ability to finish strong at the rim or provide second chance points with put back lay ups or tip ins. He’ll rack up points in that scheme but is also developing a consistent jump shot moving with or without the rock.

The 6-4 senior guard does a great job finishing above the rim whether it’s as a lob threat or on put-backs. Shackelford plays with a good amount of energy on the defensive end as well where he can guard multiple positions as well as adjust to a pick-and-roll where he challenges shots at the rim using his length. He is a high-level rebounder from the guard position as he uses his athleticism to an advantage as well. He has received high interest from Central Connecticut State and Presbyterian College heading into his senior season.
