They defeated South Bend Clay 81-43. The Class 1A school always plays a very, very difficult schedule to prepare them for tournament time and they just recently got 6'8" senior [player_tooltip player_id='1158215' first='Tucker' last='Day'] on the court. It was Day who led the way with 12 points on Thursday night in their 55-43 win over Huntington North. Don't be surprised if this group starts to rip off some wins down the stretch this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Lake Central Remains Undefeated</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Indians held off a furious late comeback attempt by Valparaiso to remain undefeated at 13-0 on the season with the 63-58 victory. 6'6" senior forward [player_tooltip player_id='1547565' first='Jake' last='Smith'] led Lake Central with 22 points while Xavier Williams added 15 points.
