Covenant Day 59 – Providence Day 55
Covenant Day got a their first conference victory of the season with a win over Providence Day on Tuesday night. Elijah Green led the way with 17 points while Tyree White Tyree White 6'0" | PG Covenant Day | 2025 State NC put up 11 points, six assists and five rebounds at the lead guard role. Chris Rivens Chris Rivens 6'3" | SG Convenant Day School | 2025 State NC finished with 14 points as well.
Grace Christian 62 – Trinity Academy Raleigh 38
The Eagles got their fourth victory in a row in Capital City Conference action with a road victory over TAR. Quasim Oden Quasim Oden 6'1" | PG GRACE Christian | 2024 State NC and Steven McLeod Steven McLeod 6'2" | CG GRACE Christian | 2024 State NC were strong in leading the backcourt to victory. Oden finished with 21 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals while McLeod finish with 15 points, nine rebounds, six blocks and four steals to pace the attack on both ends.
Gaston Day 58 – Northside Christian Academy 53
Gaston Day School has a trio of sophomores emerging in Griffen Simpson, Braylen Todd and Deshawn Coulter Deshawn Coulter 6'2" | SG Gaston Day | 2026 State NC . Simpson led with 17 points in their upset victory over NCA while Todd and Coulter both finished with 12 apiece to pace things in the victory. The win should boost their overall rating in the NCISAA.
Metrolina Christian 43 – Westminster Catawba Christian 42
Metrolina Christian got a victory at the buzzer over Westminster Catawba Christian, 43-42, thanks to the heroics of Jude Rutherford. He knocked down his 10th point from the corner as time expired. Junior Josiah Rucks also finished with 19 points and eight rebounds in the frontcourt.
High Point Christian 59 – Greensboro Day 58
Max Van Weerdhuizen, Isaiah Sanders Isaiah Sanders 5'11" | PG High Point Christian | 2024 State NC and Jaiquan Clay Jaiquan Clay 6'5" | SF High Point Christian | 2026 State NC were a burden to deal with for the Bengals as the Cougars took home the 59-58 road victory. Van Weerdhuizen finished with 13 points, four assists and four steals. Sanders put up 12 points, six assists and four rebounds. Clay finished with 12 points and four rebounds as the victory pushed HPCA to 4-1 in the Piedmont Basketball Conference.
