Clay is a really fun name to watch in the class of 2026, an athletic wing that really brings his lunch pail on the defensive end. He’s a good rim protector and defender on wings and forwards, cutting guys off when they try to get to their spots and coming off the help side to pin shots against the backboard. He had one transition block that turned into a volleyball spike that left me quite impressed. Offensively his game is still in the works, consisting of a lot of dunks and attacks to the rim. It’s improving, with a jumper that looks better than when I saw him in March, but still a ways to go. He should have plenty of eyes on him, and be a really exciting prospect to watch as his offensive game comes along.
