<p>The Vikings have won 49 games in a row and counting heading into another week. They've won 25 straight home games as they're 9-0 in the South Piedmont Conference and well on their way to another deep run in the state playoffs. South Rowan and Carson are on the schedule for them this week. They're ranked the <a href="https://www.maxpreps.com/basketball/rankings/1/">No. 19 team</a> in the nation on Maxpreps as well.</p>

<p>The Red Tornadoes are another team that remains unbeaten on the 2023-24 season a little over a month left in the regular season. They're 5-0 in the Western Foothills following a 77-40 victory over Foard on the road this past Friday. <p>The Pirates have extended their winning streak to 14 games and counting after a 76-59 victory over West Carteret. <p>The Storm continue to dominate the Mid-State Conference with their fourth win in a row and sixth in league play with a 73-69 victory over Dudley this past Friday. [player_tooltip player_id='2043250' first='Jyi' last='Dawkins'] led the way with 30 points while [player_tooltip player_id='1273255' first='Jamias' last='Ferere'] had 20 points and 10 assists and Jucquarie Love had 17 points and nine rebounds. They're a group to keep an eye on out of the NCHSAA 3A West.</p>

<p>The Wolverines continue to climb up the NCHSAA 3A Power Rankings as they're currently riding a 6-game winning streak into the week. They're 6-0 in the All-American Conference with [player_tooltip player_id='1076361' first='Ari' last='Fulton'] (NJIT) and Alamare Josey. They've shown they can string together consistent play following their road victory over EE Smith this past Friday. </p>

<p>The Falcons to their first loss of the season this past week to Northeastern High as they drop to the sixth spot in the NCHSAA 3A Power Rankings. [player_tooltip player_id='2319849' first='Troy' last='Loftin'], [player_tooltip player_id='2319843' first='Ean' last='Behm'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2319854' first='Michael' last='Bowens'] continue to lead the charge as they're still in good shape in Big Carolina action with a 3-0 record. They'll face DH Conley, New Bern and Northside-Jacksonville this week.</p>

They've got JF Webb and Vance County on the road this week. </p>

They'll face Douglas Byrd, Westover and Southview this week.</p>
