The Milwaukee City Conferences sometimes fly under the radar and receive little media or attention. Three conferences make up the Milwaukee City grouping (White, Blue, & Gold). For the sake of Freshman of the Year and the All-Freshman Team mid-season honors, the White and Blue conferences were combined. Numerous freshmen are making their impact felt, including the top ranked 2027 prospect. Stayed tuned for the reveal of the Milwaukee City Gold Conference.

[player_tooltip player_id='2194315' first='Dooney' last='Johnson'] is the best freshman guard prospect and likely the top ranked player in the class of 2027 right now. Flat out, he's balled out his freshman year. Through 10 games, Johnson is averaging 25 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 assists per game. This is while shooting 52.5% FG and 44.3% 3P on 6+ three-point attempts per game. Obviously, Johnson can shoot it from deep, but he can also get to the rim at ease and has advanced finishing skills. He's a high feel offensive player that fits the archetype of a scoring ball handler. Yet, Johnson can still beat you with the pass, along with having the ability to play off ball. He's the complete package. Now standing at 6'4u0022, Johnson has early offers from Nebraska, Bryant, Western Illinois, Grambling State, and McNeese State.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65aec0eeab246"} /-->
