Ellis is one of the better returning players for a very good Milwaukee Audubon Technology program. He is a lead guard with good speed, quickness and court vision. Ellis is strong with the ball and does a solid job of looking for his scoring opportunities while also getting the ball to his teammates. He averaged 14.3 points and 2.6 rebounds as a sophomore starter for Audubon and figures to rank among the better lead guards in the Blue Division of the Milwaukee City Conference this winter.

Ellis showcased his talents with Pride Roc over the summer months. He returned to Audubon this fall for high school. During camp he proved capable of hitting shots after putting the ball on the floor. He displayed some creativity when finishing at the basket when being run off the three point line. Ellis has improved a lot in the ball security category since I watched him last.

Ellis was prolific at the combo guard spot. His ability to score in succession was on display for Pride Roc . Damir provided strong drives to the paint when getting downhill.
