With about half of the high school season in the books, we've gotten a good look at which seniors have elevated their game to the point of seeing a boost in our most recent rankings update. In this piece we take a closer look at those inside the top 35 who earned a jump in the 2024 rankings.

READ ABOUT THE TOP 20 STOCK RISERS | SEE THE FULL 2024 RANKINGS

No. 21 [player_tooltip player_id='1502776' first='Noah' last='Williams'] | Sierra Canyon

Williams jumped up 10 spots from No. 31 because his production is starting to match his upside for the 15-1 Trailblazers. The wiry 6-foot-8 wing, who is committed to Cal State Northridge, has always had positional upside because of his size and skill-set but he's taken his impact and consistency to a higher level during his senior season.

No. 22 [player_tooltip player_id='1502802' first='Darrell' last='Morris, Jr.'] | West Ranch

Morris does a lot of things that contribute to winning and his impact is felt mostly on the defensive end and in transition. The 5-foot-9 point guard is one of the better on-ball defenders you'll find anywhere and his open court speed, combined with his fearlessness attacking the rim, make him an effective transition finisher despite his lack of size. Morris has always been a top 30 guy but the eight-spot bump was earned.

No. 23 [player_tooltip player_id='1502809' first='Aidan' last='Fowler'] | JSerra

Fowler is one of the more confident scorers in the state. The 5-foot-11 point guard can fill it up quickly on the perimeter with catch and shoot and off-bounce threes in addition to his deadly pull-up jumper. Fowler has had a handful of big games against top competition this season which is why he finds himself in the top 25 after being at No. 42.

No. 25 [player_tooltip player_id='1502806' first='Isaiah' last='Bernard'] | Foothill

It would be hard to find a better transition lane filler and slasher and finisher in SoCal than Bernard. The 6-foot-3 wing gets out and runs wide lanes on the break and gets downhill quickly before exploding to the rim where he can finish through contact. Bernard is also a very good driver to his right hand in half-court offense.

No. 26 [player_tooltip player_id='1817907' first='Amare' last='Campbell'] | Etiwanda

Campbell is a high level athlete with a strong, physical frame and, at 6-feet tall, he finishes at the rim and defends much bigger than his size. Campbell's two-way impact for Etiwanda earned him a 17-spot improvement in our most recent rankings update.

No. 27 [player_tooltip player_id='1502868' first='Devin' last='Ringer'] | Redondo Union

Ringer has continued his evolution into a combo guard from a shooting guard while maintaining is elite three-point shooting ability off the catch. Ringer's size at 6-feet-3 and poise as a ball handler and decision-maker make him an intriguing next-level guy with upside to develop in the right program.

No. 28 [player_tooltip player_id='1502875' first='Bishop' last='Brooks'] | West Ranch

Brooks is knocking down jump shots at a high clip and his ability to stretch the floor off the catch has helped the rest of the West Ranch squad by opening up driving lanes and deterred defenses from loading up on [player_tooltip player_id='1502770' first='James' last='Evans'] or [player_tooltip player_id='1502802' first='Darrell' last='Morris, Jr.']

No. 34 [player_tooltip player_id='2102485' first='Bentley' last='Waller'] | Bakersfield Christian

The key to Waller's rise into the top 35 is him being healthy. The ultra-talented 6-foot-4 combo guard has dynamic playmaking ability in transition and half-court settings and provides a scoring punch both inside and out.

No. 35 [player_tooltip player_id='1502821' first='Scotty' last='Belnap'] | Mater Dei

The Southern Utah-signee stars in his role for the Monarchs as a catch and shoot threat who can also attack closeouts with straight-line drive finishes. Belnap is a really good athlete both in space and in traffic and can elevate and finish over the top of unsuspecting rim protectors.

With about half of the high school season in the books, we've gotten a good look at which seniors have elevated their game to the point of seeing a boost in our most recent rankings update. In this piece we take a closer look at those inside the top 35 who earned a jump in the 2024 rankings.
