Heading into their sophomore year, this list is still new and while we did our best we know things will change a lot as players continue to grow and develop moving forward.
Here’s a look at part two of the power forwards and centers in the rankings.
10) Ryan Brzezanski Ryan Brzezanski 6'6" | PF Briar Woods | 2026 State VA | 6’6” PF | Briar Woods (#35 Overall)
Brzezanski had many impressive moments as a freshman getting better and better every game, and he’s ready to make a big splash as a sophomore and has already had multiple double-doubles for his group. The 6’6” forward is more aggressive looking for his shot and has shown the ability to both post up and step out and knock down shots, he is owning the paint as a rebounder and a defender and he can make others better with the attention he draws from defenses.
9) Darius Gray Darius Gray 6'5" | C St. Christopher's | 2026 State VA | 6’6” C | St. Chris (#28 Overall)
Gray is most likely not going to play basketball at the next level as he is a big time football recruit who is already receiving Power 5 offers, but that doesn’t change the fact that he’s one of the best big men in all of Richmond right now too. His big body and nimble feet make him tough to guard in the post as he can get physical and can pivot or spin, he hits the glass hard on both ends of the floor and he shows good touch around the rim and out to the elbows too.
8) Cameron Prosper Cameron Prosper 6'6" | PF Freedom-Woodbridge | 2026 State VA | 6’6” PF | Bishop Ireton (#26 Overall)
Prosper is another multi-sport star who thrives on the football field as well, and he’s also part of a young Bishop Ireton front court that will cause a lot of problems in the WCAC over the next few years. He has great physical and athletic tools with the ability to get up and down the floor and play above the rim, he uses his length to contest shots and rebound and he is versatile with the ability to play and defend in the post and on the perimeter.
7) Odita Aguolo | 6’6” PF | King George (#23 Overall)
Aguolu showed flashes as a freshman with Blue Ridge before transferring back to his local public school in King George, and after the summer he had playing up with VA Elite he should be one of the top players in their class this year. He’s a versatile forward who can play in the paint but also thrives on the perimeter with his ability to shoot it and put it on the deck, he gets out in transition and gets downhill where he can play above the rim effortlessly and he’s chock full of potential as a defender who can guard almost anyone on the floor.
6) Travis Holloman Travis Holloman 6'7" | PF Life Christian Academy | 2026 State VA | 6’8” C | Life Christian Academy (#21 Overall)
Holloman played a big role for LCA on their way to the VISAA D3 State Championship game last year before falling to Fairfax Christian, and he’s continuing to take nice strides as a prospect too. He looks the part and should be able to get his body right over the next few years with weight training and conditioning, he is very mobile and explosive for his size, he shows good touch in the paint and out to the elbows and he makes plays on the defensive end and on the glass too.
