Carmel vs Hillcrest   Sunday, December 10   2:00 PM         Hyde Park vs Leo 3:30 PM         Homewood Flossmoor vs St. Ignatius 5:00 PM         Curie vs Downers Grove North 6:30 PM         Simeon vs Rich Township   Break Down of Games   Saturday, December 9   11:00 AM       TF North vs Riverside Brookfield   Riverside Brookfield features a duo of potential D1 prospects in senior big man [player_tooltip player_id='1285519' first='Stefan' last='Cicic'] and sophomore wing [player_tooltip player_id='2105396' first='Cameron' last='Mercer'].  Watch out for [player_tooltip player_id='1598774' first='Steven' last='Brown'] who is a small college gem in senior class.   12:30 PM       Lane Tech vs Lemont   Lane Tech has one of the best 1-2 punches in the CPS in senior bucket getter [player_tooltip player_id='1373439' first='Shaheed' last='Solebo'] and junior big man [player_tooltip player_id='1545128' first='Dalton' last='Scantlebury'].  Several prospects to track on Lemont including sharp shooting point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1500289' first='Klaidas' last='Paskauskas'] and combo guard [player_tooltip player_id='1428948' first='Ryan' last='Runaas'] in the backcourt.  Junior wings [player_tooltip player_id='2105174' first='Matas' last='Gaidukevicius'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2321410' first='Alanas' last='Castillo'] are emerging for Lemont. 2:00 PM         Evanston vs Marian Catholic   Marian Catholic 2024 big man [player_tooltip player_id='1157221' first='James' last='Bullock'] is an intriguing prospect that low majors and D2s should be watching as a stretch big that can protect the rim.  Really looking forward to getting a good eval of their 6'3” junior [player_tooltip player_id='2321376' first='Zack' last='Sharkey'].  For Evanston they have a small college gem in [player_tooltip player_id='2105092' first='Brandon' last='Watson'] who is a microwave scorer at the point.   3:30 PM         Lincoln Way East vs Lindblom Lindblom is on fire after their win earlier this week against Kenwood.  They come into this game with a lot of momentum.  Cleveland State commit [player_tooltip player_id='1750599' first='Je'Shawn' last='Stevenson'] leads the way as one of the top scorers in the public league.  His running mate is Quentin McCoy who can really go!  They also showed over the last week they have some depth to go with them.  Lincoln Way East is an up and coming squad with a pair of juniors and two sophomores to track.  [player_tooltip player_id='2044507' first='Brent' last='Taylor'] is the most intriguing with what he brings from an athleticism and two way standpoint.  The other junior to watch is Brenden Saunders.  The sophomore class features scoring southpaw [player_tooltip player_id='1552449' first='BJ' last='Powell'] and athletic wing [player_tooltip player_id='1552436' first='Karson' last='Thomas'].   5:00 PM         Bloom vs Brother Rice   Bloom got a big win recently over Thornton and will look to take down another top team here in Brother Rice.  They are led by top 10 2025 prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1545131' first='Elijah' last='Lovemore'].  The combo guard is a versatile prospect that stuffs the stat sheet.  Senior wing duo [player_tooltip player_id='1541238' first='Jaden' last='Clark'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1468249' first='Santana' last='Flowers'] give them veteran perimeter players with size.  Transfer [player_tooltip player_id='1199821' first='Marcus' last='Everhart'] is a physical inside presence.  Junior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2105218' first='Payton' last='Edwards'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1845361' first='Amare' last='Pryor'] are also ranked prospects.  We hear they have a new big man to track too.  Brother Rice is rolling to start the season.  At the point they have one of the most fun players in the state to watch in Lewis commit [player_tooltip player_id='1436161' first='Cale' last='Cosme'].  He runs the show with talented junior wing [player_tooltip player_id='1545120' first='Marcos' last='Gonzales'] as a scoring wing along with bouncy four man [player_tooltip player_id='1373444' first='Zavier' last='Fitch'] inside.  [player_tooltip player_id='2104840' first='Tyler' last='Wooten'] is the x-factor guard on this squad.   6:30 PM         Mt. Carmel vs Hillcrest   The host Caravan are primed for a deep run in March.  [player_tooltip player_id='1373436' first='Angelo' last='Ciaravino'] is a Northwestern commit and top 5 prospect that has great size and skill for a combo forward.  His running mate is [player_tooltip player_id='1285492' first='Lee' last='Marks'] who is a Swiss Army knife type player.  Well rounded starting five that includes senior [player_tooltip player_id='1285482' first='Christian' last='Uremovich'] along with a junior backcourt of [player_tooltip player_id='1385307' first='Cameron' last='Thomas'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2105179' first='Grant' last='Best'].  Hillcrest was solid at the CEC a week ago.  Junior [player_tooltip player_id='1598729' first='Jaylen' last='Ingram'] is their most intriguing prospect as the 2025 big man can impact the game on both ends.  Class of 2026 power forward [player_tooltip player_id='2323251' first='Max' last='Carmicle'] is a new name emerging in the sophomore class for Hillcrest.   Sunday, December 10   2:00 PM         Hyde Park vs Leo   Hyde Park is led by one of the top uncommitted seniors in the state in [player_tooltip player_id='1373451' first='Jurrell' last='Baldwin'].  Strong bodied wing that can also play some small ball four.  Earlier in the week he dropped 36 points in a game.  [player_tooltip player_id='1598709' first='Germaine' last='Benson'] is a sleeper senior guard to watch.   3:30 PM         Homewood Flossmoor vs St. Ignatius   This will be a fun matchup between two of the best juniors in the state with [player_tooltip player_id='1385292' first='Phoenix' last='Gill'] (St. Ignatius) and [player_tooltip player_id='1385293' first='Bryce' last='Heard'] (Homewood Flossmoor) going head to head.  Gill has been putting up numbers all season long.  Next to him are a couple small college guard duo [player_tooltip player_id='1285523' first='Phillip' last='Erickson'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1285517' first='Reggie' last='Ray'].  For HF Heard is the superstar that can take them to the next level.  They have a deep group of prospects.  Junior [player_tooltip player_id='1774274' first='Jayden' last='Tyler'] and senior [player_tooltip player_id='1488791' first='Carson' last='Brownfield'] are a pair to watch in addition to top 25 senior and Columbia commit [player_tooltip player_id='1352590' first='Gianni' last='Cobb'].   5:00 PM         Curie vs Downers Grove North   Curie is led by UIC commit [player_tooltip player_id='1157211' first='Carlos' last='Harris'].  Scoring combo guard that does a good job impacting the game on both ends of the floor.  His senior running mate is [player_tooltip player_id='1157209' first='Will' last='Gonzalez'] who is among the best uncommitted seniors in the state with his passing, defense, and development as a shooter.  DGN is coming off a state final four appearance and has top 10 prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1285524' first='Jack' last='Stanton'] who is headed to Princeton.  One of the truly elite shot makers in the state.  Much more than just Stanton as Jake Reimer inside is a big to track along with fellow seniors [player_tooltip player_id='2104960' first='Owen' last='Thulin'] at the point and [player_tooltip player_id='1507492' first='Alex' last='Miller'] knocking down shots on the wing.   6:30 PM         Simeon vs Rich Township   Simeon is still figuring things out early in the season.  Their backcourt of senior [player_tooltip player_id='1750596' first='RJ' last='McKinnie'] and junior [player_tooltip player_id='1385305' first='Lorenzo' last='Shields'] are going to be what they rely on game in and game out.  McKinnie is a lefty scorer while Shields runs the show while impacting across the board.  Kas Nelson is a sophomore wing that jumped off the floor to us a week ago.  Rich Township's stars are in the backcourt.  Senior [player_tooltip player_id='2104984' first='Samar' last='Bures'] is a smaller scoring guard that just produces.  [player_tooltip player_id='1845352' first='Jamson' last='Coulter'] is one of the better sophomore prospects in the state with his strong frame and ability to attack downhill with force!
