He also found open pockets, allowing guards to thread tight passes that he turned into powerful dunks. In transition, Scantlebury’s ball-handling and playmaking abilities added another layer to his dynamic performance. He was just as dominant on the defensive end too, securing rebounds, intensely blocking shots, and just making it difficult for easy shots at the rim.

The recent UPenn commit will play a pivotal role this season, showcasing his senior leadership and versatile skillset. With him healthy and on the court, the team is more confident and well-rounded. Scantlebury handles the ball impressively for a big man and is highly effective from the post, both as a scorer and facilitator.
