<p>The 2023-2024 Florida High School Basketball season officially tipped off two weeks ago. Prep Hoops Florida will be providing an in-depth look at the top matchups to watch each night during the season. Here are five games from across the Sunshine State to keep note of on this Monday evening:</p>

<p>The Rockledge Raiders (2-1) come into Monday night's game fresh off a win over Viera where they got key contributions from seniors [player_tooltip player_id='1306134' first='Ryan' last='Blount'] and CJ Kearns. On the other side, The Orlando Jones Fightin' Tigers (3-4) are coming off back-to-back wins over Ocoee and St. Petersburg Lakewood. Keep an eye on 6-5 sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='2522725' first='Isaac' last='Buckley'] and 6-4 senior [player_tooltip player_id='1457199' first='Keishaun' last='Robinson'] in this matchup.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">South Plantation at St. Thomas Aquinas- 7:30pm</h2>

<p>The South Plantation Paladins (6-0) are one of the biggest surprises here in 2023-2024, as they have won their first six games of the season, with five of the wins coming by double digits. Keep an eye on 6-1 senior point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1163388' first='Kaiden' last='Francis'] who has been very resilient on the offensive end averaging nearly 17 points per game. On the other side, The St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders (4-0) are coming off a big win over The Rock at the Breast Cancer Awareness Classic. Watch for 6-2 sophomore guard [player_tooltip player_id='1660055' first='Drake' last='Sandi'] and 6-1 freshman guard [player_tooltip player_id='2194523' first='Clarence' last='Westbrook'] for the Raiders.</p>

<p>The Brooks-DeBartolo Phoenix (3-1) have won two consecutive games over Land O'Lakes and Bayshore Christian. Keep an eye on 6-4 senior guard Wyatt Richardson who is averaging 11 points per game and is also the team's leading rebounder averaging nearly six boards per contest. On the other side, The Lakeside Christian Lions (2-2) are coming off back-to-back wins over Seven Rivers Christian and St. Petersburg Catholic where they got huge contributions from 6-3 eighth grader [player_tooltip player_id='2194483' first='Nijaun' last='Harris'].</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Pembroke Pines Charter at Cypress Bay- 7:30pm</h2>

<p>The Pembroke Pines Charter Jaguars (1-1) are coming off a nail-biting 76-71 loss to Northeast in their previous game back on November 28. Keep an eye on their three-headed trio led by North Florida commit [player_tooltip player_id='1722577' first='Josh' last='Harris'] along with 6-6 senior wing [player_tooltip player_id='1306091' first='Jeremy' last='Elyzee'] and 6-2 junior guard Maximo Ortega who are each averaging in double figures so far this season. For the Cypress Bay Lightning (1-2) keep an eye on 6-0 senior point guard CJ Krivitzkin who is leading the team averaging nearly 15 points per game. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Schoolhouse Prep at North Broward Prep- 7:00pm</h2>

<p>The Schoolhouse Wolfpack (0-1) are playing just their second game of the season, as they are coming off a tough 91-49 loss to St. Brendan in their opening game back on November 29. 6-3 junior guard Hector Samaniego led the Wolfpack with just 15 points in their opening game of the season. North Broward Prep (3-1) comes in following a tough defeat on their end as well, losing their first game of the season to Miami Norland. Keep an eye on their senior duo between 6-5 guard [player_tooltip player_id='2197493' first='Raul' last='Perez'] and 6-8 forward [player_tooltip player_id='1858994' first='Enrico' last='Borio'] (Jacksonville University commit). </p>
