Harris’ transfer to Boca Ciega is one of the biggest impact transfers in the state of Florida, and he wasted no time showing why during summer league play. Fresh off the EYBL circuit, Harris brought a physical brand of basketball that no defenders could match. He dominated in transition, finished above the rim, and controlled the paint on both ends of the floor. His shooting has been just as impressive. After knocking down four threes in a single quarter during Week 2, Harris carried that momentum into Week 3 with six made threes in a blowout win. With his combination of strength, skill, and versatility, Harris has elevated Boca Ciega’s ceiling tremendously.

Harris continues to prove he’s one of the more polished prospects in the 2028 class. He thrives attacking inside the arc, absorbs contact well, and finishes through traffic with confidence. His perimeter shot has become more consistent, making him tougher to defend, and his physical maturity already stands out against older competition. It’s easy to see why high-major programs are paying attention.

The junior wing delivered a big performance on Sunday, scoring 27 points in a win over Arizona Unity. Harris is a big, strong, high scoring wing who can produce at all three levels, with a perimeter shot that continues to improve. He shows a good feel for the game and consistently finishes through contact, making him a tough matchup offensively.

Harris continues to challenge himself by playing up on the EYBL circuit with the Florida Rebels 17U squad, one of the top teams in the country. After coming up just short in the Peach Jam championship last summer, that group is motivated to finish the job this time around. Harris brings a unique blend of size and skill as a big guard, and this summer will be key for him. If he can consistently knock down perimeter shots while using his strength to overpower older competition, his recruitment could take off in a big way.

Harris has seen every defensive look imaginable. Box-and-one, zones, doubles off the ball. He cannot allow himself to be contained. If he establishes position inside, he is nearly unstoppable and draws fouls at a high rate. His rebounding, nearly a double-double at 9.7 boards per game, will be critical in limiting second chances for Jesuit. If his outside shot is falling, St. Pete’s chances rise significantly. If not, he must attack, get to the line, and convert.

Maybe the most consistently productive member of the 2028 class, Harris is a strong, high scoring wing who is scoring 25 points per game for Head Coach Chris Blackwell. The sophomore is still best scoring inside the arc but the range on his jump shot has continued to improve. Harris is already physically ready for college basketball and is garnering attention from high major programs around the country.

Tonight was a typical night for Harris. He applied pressure every possession, collapsing defenders and opening lanes for himself and teammates. Particularly in the second half, where he completely took over. His blend of strength, length, and confidence made him nearly unguardable downhill. Defensively, his presence alone changes decisions, his frame and timing make players think twice before attacking him. Harris finished with 19 points.

Harris got to whatever he wanted offensively, using his strong frame and complete skill set to punish defenses all game long. Even when his shot wasn’t falling early, he found other ways to score and impact the game: getting downhill, attacking mismatches, and staying active defensively with quick hands. The near 30 PPG scorer from last season looked ready to repeat that production, finishing with 22 points in just three quarters. Harris remains one of the toughest matchups in the state.
