Vick can work the midrange area well and looks to get his shot off quickly over taller defenders in the area. His ability to score around the rim is excellent as he does a nice job of avoiding more contact while in the paint. Vick has tight handles which allow him to get by tougher defenders looking to press him. His three-point shot is smooth with a quick release point and thrives in the catch-and-shoot.
Cameron is an excellent perimeter defender who moves laterally almost as quickly as he does running straight. He makes it difficult for players to get by him and seems to have a nose for the ball as it feels like he is always coming up with deflections and steals. On the offensive end, he can finish around the rim strongly with both hands while having a consistent three-point shot and is not afraid to shoot it on the fastbreak.
Marcoullier has two-way potential this season as he showed flashes of it last year. His ability to guard tough players on the perimeter and shoot the three ball on the other end is what can help him climb the rankings this year. He moves laterally well and fights over screens no matter how many he has to go through. His three-point shot thrives in the catch-and-shoot game with him being automatic in the corners.
Highlights
Smith is an all-around player who seems to have no significant weaknesses in his game. The 5’10” point guard plays bigger than he is as he will crash the glass every single time while also guarding bigger players even in the paint. He has great instincts and reactions when it comes to stripping the ball away from players. Smith will look to attack the rim whenever he can and can finish with both hands easily. He can control the midrange area throughout a game and makes smart decisions with the basketball to benefit his team for the better.
Randall is a quick and elusive point guard who can get anywhere he wants to on the court due to his impressive handles. He will not hesitate to shoot the three-ball even on the fast break. His shot is high and quick and needs little room to get it off. Randall can cross over people in his sleep with how fast he is with the ball. He also does an excellent job of controlling his body in the air when driving in the paint to avoid more contact than he has to. Randall’s playmaking ability is another reason why he is a threat from everywhere on the offensive end.
