Brenner doesn’t look the part but this kid knows how to hoop. He is a great point guard who has an immense amount of skill. He can do it at all at the position. He won’t blow you away with his athleticism but he gets the spots on the court he wants and makes plays. He is a very good jumper and scores the ball often. He has a great feel for the game and will be running the show for Archbold this year, which is always a good program.
Bays is one of the better senior guards in the NWO area this year. He can do it all on both ends. His size and athleticism are a great foundation for the next level. He can score it on all three levels but is a get-to-the-rim first guard because of his size and leaping ability. He is tough to stop from finishing. He can guard any perimeter position. He has some showtime athletic ability. Bays is someone to watch this year for Southview.

Kruse is one of a few players I think can be instant plug-and-play guys at the next level. He has a great size, standing at 6’6, and big kid. A super strong body that knows how to use it to create contact and absorb it. He can shoot the heck out of the ball too. He is effective in the paint; on the boards and on second chance points. Kruse is a next-level player.

Cordonnier is an excellent wing for the Findlay Trojans. He is a long and high-flying player. He is a great slasher for Findlay who will be a vocal point of their offense this year. He can knock the ball down if left open. He has some good size as well. Definitely could have a breakout season this year.

Murphy is one of few players coming back for St. John’s this year who played a role in getting them to the final four last year. He played a big role in his shooting ability. He had extreme confidence in his shooting ability and was shooting the ball from five feet beyond the arc sometimes. He will need to do this again this year for the Titans. He can stretch the floor and is one of the best shooters in the area. He is a sneaky good defender because of his length.
I am very high on McLeod this year. I think he has a breakout season around the corner for him with his transfer to Whitmer. He is a super solid guard who can shoot the ball. He is a knockdown shooter off the dribble but a catch-n-shoot specialist. He can defend other guard positions well too. He will be a glue and unsung player for the Panthers this year and someone who will turn eyes when you watch this team play.
