The 6-1 senior guard did a great job when it came to initiating the offense as he got his teammates involved including knocking down shots of his own. He utilized his athleticism when it came to finishing around the rim and was unafraid to get to the free throw line. On the defensive side, Taylor used his versatility where he showed he can guard multiple positions and play with a nice change of speed.
The 6-3 senior guard was forceful on the attack whether it was his dunks at the front of the rim or utilizing his athleticism on the glass. He was also unafraid to showcase his jump shot as he has continued to gain consistency when it comes to scoring on all three levels. Dunn finished with 20 points and seven rebounds for West Oaks Academy in the win over Potter’s House Christian. On the defensive side, Dunn did a great job at playing under control where he wasn’t afraid to guard bigger players.
The 6-2 senior guard did a good job at playing with pace and patience on the offensive end, where he was forcing any tough shots. Moreland did a great job at reading the next pass as well as creating his own shot whether it was off the bounce or off the catch. On the defensive end, Moreland did a great job at guarding on and off the ball where he applied great pressure jumping the passing lanes as well as getting strips which led to scoring in transition.

The 6-7 senior guard continues to get better and stronger every time I see him take the floor. Agnew continues to play with a nice change of pace and speed where he is unafraid to score off the bounce. Agnew is also a matchup nightmare on the defensive side, as he can guard all five positions on the floor as well as add rim protection with his length and athleticism. He has a very strong intangible where he can score at the front of the rim off spin moves and a smooth touch on the interior. Agnew should gain some college offers as the season rolls on as he continues to improve his game.
Highlights
The France native put on the best scoring display of the weekend at the SIAA Crossover, as he finished with a game-high 39 points despite the loss. Salam-Sylla is very versatile when it comes to his scoring where he can score across all three levels and displays great court vision. He also did a great job at pushing the basketball up the floor in transition as he utilized his unselfishness finding open teammates. I expect the 6-6 senior wing to have a big season as he has continued to improve his game as a facilitator and a scorer.
