Stephen Brown Stephen Brown 6'7" | PF Marist | 2026 State IL (Marist)
Brown is the top ranked post in the class. The Marist 6’7” power forward is a super high level rebounder. He was a monster on the glass throughout the camp snatching them in traffic with two hands. Quick second jump for put backs. Finishes well in traffic. Excels in the up and down game running the floor and even pushing on his own on occasion. Athleticism plays well finishing around the rim.
Jaali Love Jaali Love 6'7" | PF Manley | 2026 State IL (Manley)
Love had an interesting camp. The 6’6” power forward has been a PHI favorite since the spring where we saw him dominate with Team Rose . There were times he tried to do way too much on the perimeter for us in this setting. Saturday night he missed a ton of threes and was trying to play guard. At the next level he will be utilized as a bouncy high-motor forward. When he focuses on that he is a dynamic player. Hit the offensive glass for put backs, rim runs, and puts it on the deck from the mid/high post areas. Those threes that were not going in on the first night of the camp did in the Top 30 game as he drained several of them. I think when he does it in spurts it opens up his game, but we love what he does as a forward. Shot blocking and finishing around the hoop are his strengths.
Pablo Rodriguez (Chi-Prep)
Rodriguez wowed us with his play at the camp in spurts as the 6’9” five man is a lefty that can stretch the floor knocking in threes from the corners. Overall the skill set was super impressive with his passing and handling it in the open floor with ease. The face up five runs the floor very well and has a lot of projectability. Should see a nice debut in our next update.
Rico D’Alessandro Rico D’Alessandro 6'4" | PF Whitney Young | 2026 State IL (Whitney Young)
The Whitney Young 6’4” four man was co-MVP of the top 30 game. He is just so productive game in and game out which was shown in this setting. D’Alessandro plays so hard and uses his football mindset on the hardwood. Always crashing the offensive glass for put backs. Presents himself in the right spot for dump off finishes or running the floor. Hit from mid-range consistently throughout the camp and even stretched to three on one occasion. Expect him to have a big impact for the Dolphins this season.
Bryce Wegrzyn Bryce Wegrzyn 6'7" | C Libertyvillle | 2026 State IL (Libertyville)
This Libertyville 6’7” center burst on our radar with a really nice showing at Pangos. The big man ran the floor very well and displayed mobility on both ends. Played above the rim catching lobs. Right handed hook shot looked good. Good rebounder both offensively and defensively.
Adam Anwar Adam Anwar 6'7" | PF McHenry | 2026 State IL (McHenry)
Amwar was one of the more pleasant surprises early on at the event. The 6’7” center has great size and skill to match. Hook shots, posts up strong, and has a nice looking face up game being able to hit from three along with mid-range. Can also put it on the floor from the mid-post area beating other bigs off the bounce.
Jordan Williams (Fremd)
Williams is a 6’4” combo forward probably projects best long term as a four. He broke out at the camp as the Fremd forward displayed an inside/outside game that will help him shine the next three years. Capable shooter from mid-range and three. Finished around the hoop on post moves and dump offs. Even cut off the ball for a score. Crashes the offensive glass and has great awareness on the floor for a big.
Marcus Wallace Marcus Wallace 6'4" | PF Metea Valley | 2026 IL (Metea Valley)
Wallace was a new name on our radar as the 6’4” power forward with a good frame caught our attention throughout the event. Tough rebounder and defender. Blocked several shots. Would take it off the defensive glass and at times go coast to coast on his own. The high energy player was very impactful on the boards getting second chance points.
John Spellers John Spellers 6'5" | C Whitney Young | 2026 IL (Whitney Young)
Spellers emerged with a solid performance as the 6’5” four man has broad shoulders and a good frame. Physical rebounder that was effective getting on the offensive glass. Solid athlete that brings defense and rebounding. One to watch moving forward.
Claude Mpouma Claude Mpouma 6'7" | C Phillips | 2026 State IL (Phillips)
This Phillips 6’7” wide bodied center has a unique skill set. Very nimble footwork and could even handle it in the open floor at times. A bit too much though as there were times he thought he was running the show at the point which he is not and gave up some turnovers. His footwork around the hoop should be his strength along with the way he rebounds in his area and defends in the paint taking up space and blocking shots.
Jordan Shaw Jordan Shaw 6'4" | PF De La Salle | 2026 IL (De La Salle)
Shaw is a strong bodied undersized four at 6’4” with broad shoulders. Physical on the offensive glass for second chance points and had a nice right handed hook shot. Good post defender that anchors down low.
Stephen George (De La Salle)
George is a wide bodied five man from De La Salle at 6’5”. Rebounded very well in his area and was impactful on the defensive end with the way he clogged the lane and was tough as a defender in the paint.
Remi Edwards Remi Edwards 6'3" | PF De La Salle Institute | 2026 IL (De La Salle)
Yet another De La Salle prospect here as the 6’4” power forward played with strength around the basket being most effective getting on the offensive glass for put backs and has nice footwork around the hoop.
