I have put quite a lot of ink on King, and it has been a while since I have seen him, so it was about time I dropped a few lines to update his game. He continues to improve, and his offensive skill set has really developed. He has evolved into a combo guard who has the rock on a string and who can create his own shot at will. He commands the game and needs to continue to show his ability to be the caliber floor general who can be trusted with the keys to a team as he seeks more attention from the next level.
Josiah Johnson (3’8/SG/’27/Marion C. Moore School)

When I saw Josiah, I immediately wondered what his story was. When I saw him in the huddle at the start of the camp and Coach K talking about purpose in life, I assumed that Josiah was a motivational speaker Coach K brought in to speak to the campers. After the station work began, I was completely shocked to see Josiah out on the court going through the drills. It brought me to tears, and since that moment, I have been pondering a lot about my life. Regarding Josiah’s game, he had a way of getting his shot off and has range with his jumper, and while on defense, shooters have to be focused because he will challenge their shot with a loud scream that’s challenging. Josiah significantly impacted me and had other players talking about how he impacted their lives. I don’t know his story, but he is a true inspiration.

Sam has good positional size and a skill set for the high school game. He looked to get to the cup when he had opportunities present themselves, but one thing he did to manufacture points was go to the offensive glass. Sam is a player who can get it going at any moment, as I have seen him put up numbers and be a multi-level scorer. Today at camp, he played a mature game, played within himself, took what the defense gave him, didn’t force anything, and got others involved. Sam can spread the floor with his shooting but also open things up with his slashing and creation off the dribble.
Braylin Davis Braylin Davis 6'2" | PG USN | 2026 State TN (6’2/CG/’26/University School of Nashville)

Braylin is an athletic and explosive guard who had a good camp and made his impact on the offensive end of the floor. He was extremely tough to deal with in isolation situations. He made his one-on-one match-ups look extremely easy, as there wasn’t anyone who could take away his ability to get to the cup. There is a saying about a person being as quick as a hiccup, and that is the case for Braylin, which makes it very difficult to slow down and almost impossible to stop completely. He is a talented scorer whose sophomore season is loading.
Kaleb Jeffries Kaleb Jeffries 6'1" | CG Houston | 2025 State TN Â (6’1/CG/’25/Houston HS)Â

Kaleb was one of the most explosive players at camp. He is a dynamic playmaker off the bounce and has a robust scoring arsenal. He has advanced ballhandling skills, does a good job incorporating change-of-pace drills, and does a good job slowing down, reading the floor, and then activating more of his playmaking abilities. He is a slippery scorer who can get into any shot he wants, as he is a twitchy player with good burst and a quick first step. Kaleb is an all-around talent who can score, pass, and defend effectively. Â
Cortez Graham-Howard Cortez Graham-Howard 6'5" | PG Hillsboro | 2025 State TN Howard (6’4/PG/’25/Hillsboro HS)

Cortez has become a scoring juggernaut. He continues to add to his bag weapons that are difficult for opponents to deal with. He’s wired to score the ball and has the tools to make it happen. His shot creation has taken a huge step, and now there is no shot that he does not like. He was one player that was special to watch throughout the camp, as he was one of the top 3 best scorers in the camp. Cortez’s production from behind the arc continues to make him a lethal marksman. However, don’t attribute all of his success to his three-point shooting because he showed his ability to blow by defenders for a stop-and-pop jumper, a step-back perimeter jumper, or a strong finish at the rim throughout camp. His ability to score at all levels in a variety of ways and take smaller guards on the low block has his stock skyrocketing. Â
Ty Bryant (6’3/CG/’25/Prattville HS)

I spoke with a member of Ty’s camp earlier in the week, and he set the expectation very high for Ty. When I got a chance to put my eyes on Ty, I must say I was impressed with his performance. He has a nice burst off the bounce and knows how to get to his spots and get his shots off. He flashed his shot-creation skills in the half-court and showed his ability to go coast-to-coast. He showed his ability to be a primary ball-handler but can play off the ball and never lose his productivity across the score sheet. Ty has an intriguing scoring repertoire and has the ability to turn heads in the state of Alabama this upcoming year.
