Cull continued his run of outstanding performances at showcase events this fall. He was excellent at the Prep Hoops Top 250 and showed out again at the City Slam. Cull did tremendous work off the baseline where he attacked the rim and flaunted a pretty mid range jumper.

Givens is a freshman name that scouts and coaches should remember. I first scouted him in 7th grade at the Let’s Get Ready For AAU Camp. He’s stood out at every showcase event since. Givens is a top notch 2 way player that shows off his hustle and quick feet. He showed terrific straight line speed with the ball and the ability to attack the rim off the bounce.
Dempsey Cull Dempsey Cull 6’7″ | PF Flint Powers Catholic | 2025 State MI has been showing out this fall and he kept the run going at the City Slam Championships. I was incredibly impressed with his offensive footwork. He showed that he could score off both 1 or 2 feet and he knew how and when to use each. Cull’s mid range jumper, and really his mid range game as a whole, looked elite.

After a huge summer and a big time performance at the City Slam, Dillard has to be considered an elite player. College coaches should have him on their radars immediately. Dillard is an incredibly explosive offensive player that can go off at any time. While he’s always had in the gym range on his jumper, his handles and ability to use them to create space and attack the rim stood out on Saturday.

Brooks has been rocking the showcase scene all fall. Truth be told, he had the look of a D1 guard at the PH Top 250 and he had that same look at City Slam. First of all, Brooks is a leader and was on Saturday. He can and will put the game in his hands. Brooks can play at a next level speed and can create offensive opportunities both in transition and in a half court set.

Zeller deserves to be in this article. If you haven’t heard his name yet, don’t worry you will. He has a very mature game that he can adjust from situation to situation. Need an athletic wing in transition? He can do it. Need a shooter? Zeller can be that. Need someone to attack off the wing? He’s got it.

Ross definitely caught my eye at City Slam. The young man was one of the most influential perimeter players in the gym. Whether is was creating a turnover or hitting a big bucket, he always had a say in the outcome. Ross showed on Saturday that he’s a player for college coaches to keep an eye on.
