T.J. Adams T.J. Adams 6'2" | CG Marquette | 2024 State WI – 2024 – PG – Marquette
I think Division 3 and especially WIAC programs should be swarming this one. Adams just gets better and better and he’s a rare breed of point guard that can not only run a team, but be a primary scorer as well. It’s hard to pinpoint Adams as a player, other than saying he’s just got an “it” factor to him. Emerging as one of the state’s premier shooters, Adams had 17 points in a win over Oshkosh North. On top of that, Adams is a very good open floor playmaker as well. If you work hard off the ball and you’re open, Adams is going to find you. Had seen this going back to the spring as well — Adams wants the ball late. He’s got supreme confidence in crunch time to rise up and hit key shots and nailed two timely pull-up 3-pointers on Sunday.
Jamarion Batemon Jamarion Batemon 6'3" | CG Milwaukee Academy of Science | 2025 State #174 Nation WI – 2025 – G – Milwaukee Academy of Science
Batemon had a game-high 17 points in a win over Arrowhead. The junior guard just took over the second half to lift MAS to victory. Down the stretch, we also saw Batemon turn into a defensive stopper and generate bad possessions for the opposition by digging in and bowing up on that end of the floor. Known more as a shooter, Batemon has progressively improved his ability to attack the rim. The 6-foot-3 guard had a few acrobatic finishes, able to evade defenders and score off-balance. One of the best two-way players in the state, Batemon is going to have a nice list of power-five offers to chose from when all is said and done.
Stevie Clark Stevie Clark 6'6" | SF Oshkosh North | 2024 State #322 Nation WI – 2024 – SF – Oshkosh North
Fresh off his Colgate commitment, Clark went to work in a tough loss against Marquette. The one thing I’ve appreciated about Clark, he adds to his game every single year. Last season, it was transforming into more of a point wing. Small sample size so far, but based on Sunday, that might be 3-point shooting consistency. The 6-foot-5 wing hit three triples in a loss to Marquette en route to a game-high 22 points. A swiss army knife type scorer that can go inside and out, play with his back to the basket, slash, roam the perimeter, and score falling away from the rim, Clark is a reliable weapon that defenders struggle to take parts of his game away, because he can do so much.

Rashaad Davis Rashaad Davis 5'10" | PG Nicolet | 2026 State WI – 2026 – G – Nicolet
Not sure anybody had a more impressive day than Davis. The sophomore guard got to the cup whenever he wanted. There’s a reason we’re high on Davis, despite his 5-foot-8 stature. Averaging in double figures as a freshman, Davis can flat out play and he has a killer mindset. He’s quick on the ball and generates a lot of opportunities around the rim. Think Davis knows how he is as a player and sticks to where he can win. Size is always going to be a knock on him, but Davis adjusts by being able to make running floaters, being faster than everyone else on the floor, and the ability to adjust his release mid-air to evade shot blockers. You can tell the kid loves to play too. He’s confident without being cocky and it’s a joy to watch.

Javantae Edwards Javantae Edwards 6'0" | SG Milwaukee Carmen | 2025 State WI – 2025 – SG – Carmen NW
Edwards is one of the state’s best scorers without question. He’s a threat whenever he gets possession of the rock and can really fill it up in spurts. The 6-foot guard is just going to keep coming at you all game long and never loses confidence. Even against tough defense at times, Edwards found ways to get the ball in the hole. He’s not overly imposing physically, but there’s a noticeable toughness and edge that Edwards plays with, particularly when defenders hound him and get physical with him. Also a dangerous shooter off the dribble, Edwards is the type of guard that can take you out on the dance floor and hit some special shots.
Davion Hannah Davion Hannah 6'5" | SF Nicolet | 2025 State #33 Nation WI – 2025 – W – Nicolet
Hannah might not have the best mid-range game in the state. Most impressively, this wasn’t even really part of his game early in his career. Now, Hannah loves turning and facing in that 10-18 foot range where he can just size his man up and go to work. He’s also got the back to the basket fall away game, which makes him look like an NBA dude at times. Hannah had a pair of quality performances against Dominican and Carmen Northwest on Saturday, scoring 18 points against the Knights.
Rex Lamb Rex Lamb 6'2" | SF Edgewood | 2024 State WI – 2024 – SG – Madison Edgewood
I’ve always liked Lamb and thought he was one of the bigger sleepers in the state. The senior guard had a strong showing against Mukwonago Sunday afternoon. Really liked Lamb’s ability to mix it up between slashing and shooting over the top. The 6-foot-2 senior has a nice blend of strength and skill. He’s a very strong guard with upper body strength. When Lamb attacks the basket, he can just overpower people. You want to sag off and defend against the drive, Lamb can step into 3-point shots and connect with a hand in his face. Division 3 schools still looking for a two-guard can potentially find a steal here.

Nolan Minessale Nolan Minessale 6'5" | SF Marquette | 2024 State WI – 2024 – SF – Marquette
Do not jump with this man. It’s a bad business decision. Once again, Minessale put somebody on a poster, sparking Marquette to a nice win over Oshkosh North. The St. Thomas commit really played well against two fellow Division 1 prospects and scored 18 points in the victory. Minessale just gets after it on both ends of the floor. While he’s extremely athletic and the best jumper in this state, Minessale is not a guy who solely relies on his measurables…he gets after it. The ability to score in the halfcourt will likely be a work in progress at the Division 1 level, but Minessale has turned himself into a reliable 3-point shooter and if he gets a lane to the rim, he can rip and go in the blink of an eye.
Trey Resch Trey Resch 6'2" | CG Arrowhead | 2027 State WI – 2027 – CG – Arrowhead
Resch played poised beyond his years during a close loss to Milwaukee Academy of Science. Playing against some of the top guards in the state, Resch didn’t bat an eye and went toe-to-toe with the Division 3 favorites. At 6-foot-2, think Resch can play the point or the two-guard consistently. He’s a deadly outside shooter with a quick burst on the ball, which puts defenders in a real bind in terms of what defenders want to take away. Resch gave Arrowhead a really nice boost and helped keep them within striking distance when their star didn’t have his best stuff.

Manning Shareef Manning Shareef 6'5" | SF Milwaukee School Of Languages | 2025 State WI — 2025 – SF – Milwaukee School of Languages
A bit of a wild game Sunday morning with Pius XI, who was down a bunch of players. Thought Shareef was the calming, consistent presence on the floor. Putting together an efficient game, the 6-foot-3 small forward had an efficient game by controlling the glass defensively, hitting the offensive glass, setting screens for his teammates, making the right basketball plays, and getting to the foul line. Shareef has some versatility, able to serve as an extra ball handler and make decisions in transition. Coming off a sophomore season in which he averaged 14 points per game, Shareef steps into the primary role for MSL this season.
Timothy West Timothy West 6'0" | SG Madison Edgewood | 2027 State WI – 2027 – G – Madison Edgewood
First look at West, who’s considered one of the top incoming freshmen in the state. The first thing you notice about West is his confidence and swagger on the floor. He doesn’t play like a freshman. Physically, he’s going to be behind the curve, as are most prospects his age, but mentally and basketball-IQ wise, West should be able to play a big role for the Crusaders. A smooth and decisive guard, West can do a lot of different things offensively. He’s unselfish as a facilitator, can create a jumper off the bounce, and also sticks his face in the fan on the offensive glass, willing to do some of the dirty work things.
