One of the top scorers at Midwest Live, Gallagher can fill it up from the point guard position as a scorer. The lefty is a confident pull-up shooter and has a great connection with stud big Kraig Gilbert Kraig Gilbert 6’8″ | C Grove City | 2024 State OH as the duo played together on the grassroots circuit as well for Midwest Basketball Club – Quinn. Gallagher has competed at multiple college elite camps and has picked up small college interest, expect his interest to rise with a big senior season as Grove City could be a sleeper in central Ohio this winter.
Lorain always has shifty guards that can create for themselves and Kielian is the next Titan guard in line to flash dazzling crossovers and get their rabid fanbase going crazy this winter. Kielian has solid size at the guard position and has steadily improved his body as he matures. Already coming off a productive Junior campaign where he was given first team all-conference honors in the Lake Erie League, expect Kielian to be one of the top senior guards in northeast Ohio this winter.
A prep hoops circuit product, Meyers impressed for MAC Basketball this summer with a couple impressive games. A guard who brings a jolt of energy to the team, I really like the spark he brings off the bench. Meyers really gets after it defensively on the ball and can create off the bounce by attacking closeouts and hitting open shots. Medina plays an up-tempo system that suits his style of play and small college programs looking to run a high-pressure defense and play multiple guards next to each other should take a look at Meyers this winter.

Bush has solid size at the guard position and should play a big role for a Brush squad that graduated some key pieces last season but reload with a lot of talent once again. If some big performances in the summer league are any indication, Bush should be a breakout candidate in northeast Ohio this winter. Another skill that Bush shows is his ability to rebound for his height, getting boards over taller prospects in every game he plays. Defiance and Dean are the two college programs to prioritize Bush so far, expect that number to climb if he has the senior season I expect him to under Chet Mason.

Walker is going to be a key piece for STVM this winter as one of their most experienced players. The undersized guard had some big games as a Junior, including a huge performance at the Play By Play Classic against Sierra Canyon. Able to score against top competition, Walker comes from a program that gets players to the next level year in and year out. I think Walker will continue to play display his high IQ, competitiveness on the defensive end and scoring ability for a STVM squad that has less talent than some years prior but will still be one of the best in NEO.
