What players grabbed our attention as stock risers from the freshmen showcase? We give you five of the biggest names now!

[player_tooltip player_id='2126453' first='Kaden' last='Anderson'] of Minnetonka/Team Tyus. Anderson's quickness and quick change of direction out of the move caught the eye. His ability to beat the first defender and as well as the help defender caught the eye. And his transition success with the push and the decision making was impressive. Kaden looks like a nice candidate to help replace [player_tooltip player_id='1284083' first='Andy' last='Stefonowicz'] in the future for Tonka hoops.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126468' first='Blake' last='Betton'] of Shakopee/PJ Hoops. Blake's size, skill, and ability to put the ball on the deck some to get off his quick release is something that I took away from the Showcase. Blake has the potential to be a very nice wing at a school that has numerous skilled and guard wings. So many guards and wings in fact that the competition and the constant reps at that school will only make Betton better.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126126' first='Ray' last='Brau'] of Hibbing/[program_tooltip program_id='2078859' first='Starks' last='Elite']. Ray is bigger than expected, more active than expected, and more relentless than expected all leading to more results. Brau has a chance to be an outstanding freshmen after he had a strong 8th grade varsity season and the biggest thing for us was that he is bigger and more agile than we thought.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126170' first='Isaac' last='Feller'] of Bloomington Jefferson/Team Tyus. Feller showed a high level of skill, good body control, and did it in a good sized guard frame. He looks like a player that can surely grow as a combo guard prospect at Jefferson over the next four years in the various levels of their program.

[player_tooltip player_id='2052332' first='Trey' last='Theis'] of Prior Lake/PJ Hoops. I would say the biggest stock riser in my eyes was [player_tooltip player_id='2052332' first='Trey' last='Theis']. At 6'6 as an agile and skilled wing forward, with the ability to improve in a lot of ways, Theis is a talent that we certainly have a higher opinion of after the Freshmen Showcase. As Trey physically matures at Prior Lake it will be fun to watch his progress through the different levels of the Laker program.
