#16 – Simon Rowley Simon Rowley 6'2" | PG Washburn Rural | 2026 State KS , 6-foot-1 shooting guard, 2026, Topeka West (pictured):
It’s going to be very interesting to see how Rowley’s transfer to Topeka West from Atchison plays out. Rowley was a key member of the a really good Atchison team that reached 4A state. They will have to do it again without Rowley, who may find a lot of room in the Topeka West lineup due to graduations of some good players for the Chargers. Rowley is a scorer, a guy who can break down a defender and get to a shot off the dribble. The slick lefty was Meadowlark Conference Newcomer of the Year as a freshman.
#17 – Cooper Carr Cooper Carr 6'2" | CG Baldwin | 2026 State KS , 6-1 combo guard, 2026, Baldwin:
Carr had a lot of success playing off his brother for the 4A state Baldwin team. He provided size and opportunistic defense at the guard spot, and was good at working the ball to his teammates to score. The long, multisport athlete really came on after Christmas, scoring double figures in most of the Bulldogs’ games. He finished the season with 9 points, 4 boards and 3 assists per game.
#18 – Lovell Autry Lovell Autry 5'7" | PG Junction City | 2026 State KS , 5-foot-7 point guard, 2026, Junction City:
Another guy who was an important role player for a state-bound team, Autry was a spark plug off the bench for the 6A Blue Jays. With great speed and a lot of bounce, Autry is very dynamic in the open floor. He can break down a defender to get to a shot, and he is very confident from behind the arc. He was not fazed by the older competition and will be ready for a big role as a sophomore.
#19 – Rocco Keller Rocco Keller 6'5" | PF Kapaun Mt. Carmel | 2026 State KS , 6-foot-4 power forward, 2026, Kapaun Mt. Carmel:
It’s so hard to get minutes at Kapaun, it will be interesting to see how big a role Keller can carve out as a sophomore. But the fact he was on the varsity as a ninth grader certainly tells you something. He impressed over the summer as a fundamental big man who can really pass from the high post, from the perimeter, and out of the low block. He’s patient, smart and unselfish. He’s got skills as a scorer, particularly a mid-range jumper. Keller is physically developed and has a mature game to match. Watch for him to be an important addition to the Crusaders this year.
#20 – Mason Martin Mason Martin 6'1" | SG Hoisington | 2026 State KS , 6-1 shooting guard, 2026, Hoisington:
Martin was a lot of fun to watch with the Wichita Padres over the summer, running the point with a ton of confidence, or playing off the ball with energy and creativity. He’s a very long guard with bounce. His numbers as a support piece for Hoisington were solid – 5 points, 2 rebounds and an assist. But he showed over summer he can shoot it and get to shots in the midrange. Watch for him to really grow as a sophomore.
