[player_tooltip player_id='2141008' first='Brayden' last='Williams'] (Wyoming)

Williams showed up in my notes a lot and coaches at the event raved about him. He was a slippery athlete that hit big shots.

Cam Crowder (Forest Hills Northern)

Crowder was a head turner at the event. He showed that he can absolutely catch fire with his shot. Coach Ingalls even noted that Crowder went 8 for 10 shooting in a game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140517' first='Malachi' last='Clayton'] (Detroit Catholic Central)

Clayton drew some attention to his game at the Freshman Showcase. Coaches were very complimentary in regards to his all around game.

Jakyi Brown-Abston (Coldwater)

Brown-Abston is a player that I'm lucky enough to be very familiar with. He's an athletic wing that can make plays in transition. Brown-Abston carries a ton of upside!

[player_tooltip player_id='2140469' first='Ben' last='Geerdes'] (Caledonia)

Geerdes sent a message in Grand Rapids. If you like leadership and toughness and a player willing to do the little things, you'll enjoy watching him in the coming years.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140470' first='Blaise' last='Crist'] (Edwardsburg)

Crist was an impressive prospect in Grand Rapids. It was his defense that ruled the day. Crist consistently challenged shooters and didn't allow clean looks at the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140516' first='Makai' last='Campos'] (West Ottawa)

Campos got the job done at the showcase. He was an impressive lead guard that could score and distribute in transition.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140474' first='Braylon' last='Taylor'] (Grand Rapids Christian)

Taylor left a big impression on scouts and coaches. His ability to throw the right pass in the right place at the right time was nothing short of outstanding.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140521' first='Max' last='Zichterman'] (South Christian)

Zichterman was another player that had people talking after the event. He flaunted a pretty lefty stroke and showed that he could get it off and bury it consistently.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140509' first='Landon' last='Dirschell'] (Coldwater)

Dirschell may not show up in a ton of highlight reels, but here's the thing - Neither did his opponents. He's a tough and versatile defender and has next level upside.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140541' first='Zack' last='Tropea'] (Lumen Christi)

I'll say this till the cows come home - Don't judge a prospect on his height. Tropea had one of the highest basketball IQ's in the gym and was one of the top ballhandlers.
