Even though he didn’t put up insane stats this weekend, he moved extremely well off the ball, which either put himself in a position to score or open space for his teammates. Geerdes had a really good grassroots season and will be a player that coaches and scouts need to see play. He stood out last year at the Freshman Showcase with his grit and toughness. Those traits still stand out a year later. Geerdes is the type of player that grinds on both ends of the floor and will hit the ground for a loose ball.
